”We enjoyed this stay. Overall a great motel and the location is perfect! The only negative is the last night of our stay our neighbors decided to blast loud music until 3am and were so disrespectfully loud. The walls are very thin so you will hear your neighbors.”

”This was an amazing location - It was just a short walk to the beach, the pier, the other pier, State Street, cute dining locations. Added bonus was my own covered parking spot for my unit. Perfect 2 bedroom apartment, where I was able to set up my remote work station on the large dining table. It got windy one day and the wifi kept dropping but thankfully the team was quick to respond and I was able to hop onto their other unit's wifi. The only reason I'm doing a 4-star vs 5 is due to the noise...

”Super clean and comfortable, modern with Santa Barbara style! Good coffee all day and a decent small breakfast assortment in the morning. The location can't be beat, it's about a block to the harbor and a super short walk to the pier or State St for shopping and about any restaurant that could want. We will most certainly stay here when we come back to Santa Barbara!”

”We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit loud with the up stairs guest who sounded like they were moving things around and making excessive noise. However, overall our stay was pleasant. The area is cute and we were able to walk around safely and easily. I would stay here again.”

It was nice touch to have access to free water, coffee, tea and cookies all day long. GREAT Location - walking distance to so much. Santa Barbara is beautiful and great restaurants. I would definitely stay here on another visit. ”

”Aaron at Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. He gave me an orientation of the area and that was extremely helpful. The room was sub par. The room was adjacent to the roof and the windows were half the size comparing to other rooms in the same row, and the windows were hazy with buildups. The hazy windows and wood blinds made the room dim. Also, the carpet looked old and warn out, and looked different than the photo. Probably some rooms have been renovated and this room wasn’t? The room...

”Room was clean, but walls are very thin. No one is actually on property from 9pm-8pm. As a hotel no real big complaints aside from that. Fine place to stay.”
