”Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!”

”Short drive to hikes and good restaurants. Nice view while eating breakfast at the house, and had a great breakfast at the Summerland Beach Cafe which is a short walk. If you make coffee, use the Krups over the Mr. Coffee which is very slow. The hosts were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!”
