”This cozy cottage is well appointed with anything you could possibly need for a carefree stay in Santa Barbara. The location cannot be beat. We didn’t use the car once. Endless restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Don’t miss the farmers market on a Saturday! And the beds, so cozy! I didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!”

”We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

It is close enough to wineries and the cute towns of Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and Solvang while still feeling like you are out in the countryside. The beds were comfy and the entire house was spotless. Highly recommend!”

”We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway.”

”The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.”

”Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.”

”This place was great for our needs. We were three adult women who all wanted our own space, and we got it! Having two bathrooms was perfect (a necessity really) even though they were a bit small. My one comment was that the bed configuration was different than I saw in the listing. It was two queens and a full. There was no room with two twins. We loved the location and the parking was surprisingly super easy. Never had a problem finding a spot close by. We loved being able to just walk out...
