4* hotel I would not stay here again. This is not a 4* hotel. Can get better 2* hotels. Too many issues! When you book a 4* hotel there are certain minimum standards of service that you expect. However, to deliver that service you need to have enough of the right people. This hotel has insufficient staff. Most of the staff that were there have had little or no hospitality training. We booked 3 nights here with the spa and treatments being a key attraction. Upon checking in we were told the spa is shut - without further explanation. Boom! Take that! A new reception staff member behind the desk just stared at us. No smile. No ola. No 'someone will be with you'. Nothing. In the wrong profession. A 4 star hotel will normally have a general manager (GM) with an eye for detail, but there is clearly not one operating here. Faulty Towers. Flaws everywhere. No operations managers , no department heads - no one is in charge here. Was not all bad. Hotel located in a peaceful area. The bed was comfortable. There is parking. 2 tennis courts. Standard of food - including breakfast - good. Gym was adequately equipped. Pool area was calm - until noisy leaf blower man made one of his very unwelcome and untimely visits. Erinomainen ravintola, söimme aamupalan, lounaan ja illallisen ravintolassa. Kaikki maistamamme annokset olivat todella hyviä. Palvelu todella mukavaa ja ystävällistä.
