”It was a great location. The restaurant was very good. Our first room was a little warm and they brought us a fan. The second room had a portable air conditioner in it, which made it very comfortable. It is in the historic area and it is logical that They have limitations on what they can do. Overall, a great experience.”

”The poolside al fresco dining and bar was so great. The river rafting tour they arranged was super fun, with convenient pickup from the hotel. The staff are all so nice. The room was cleaned well and was quite comfortable. ”

”Moved to second room as first had no window which was quite awful. Very happy with new room. Large spacious bed and room was clean and tidy. Window opened into an internal court yard so no traffic noise. Didn’t have air conditioning so asked for a fan.
Breakfast had a good variety of options.
Great location right in the centre.”

”My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett”

”It's a very nice small hotel right in the centre of Arequipa. You can't have a better location for a hotel in the city. It's right at the plaza where you get everywhere. The rooms were very nice and looked very new, although they were very small.
The receptionist didn't always speak English, so we had some difficulties with communication.
The room did not have a safe, so we asked if they have one in the reception. They said they do, so we gave them our valuables, but it appeared they just put...
