”This is my families second time at the property and we had another wonderful trip. We love all that Santa Cruz and surrounding areas have to offer and this home has a perfect location. One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. ”Had a wonderful two night stay in May and was incredibly happy with the property and area. The place was incredibly cute and perfect for a romantic getaway. Steps from the beach, with a porch and lovely back patio to spend time in. The location is wonderful, a 25 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and more a short walk or drive away. ”Spent a week in lovely 1 bedroom with full kitchen. I enjoyed easy access to ocean, bike trails, and the delightful Shrine coffee shop. The fenced patio is a real plus if you are traveling with your dog. I met so many friendly dog folks on our walks each day. Khristina is a wonderful host and I would definitely stay there again.”

”Four adults and two children under 10 had a blast at this great beach house located steps away from the beach in Santa Cruz area. Very convenient very laid-back and very fun.
