We really enjoyed staying here. The hotel office was close by and the service was very good. They helped us arrange other services at reasonable prices & were very accommodating. The place is clean & well appointed. The air conditioning worked well. There are many steps to get to the unit which could cause some people concern, but we didn’t mind them. We felt lucky to have found this place for the few nights we were in Porto.

The staff was superb. Hotel is in soft Launch mode- just opened 1 month ago. But, the service was outstanding. Staff was top notch- they helped me with reservations and coordination of things to do and see. Would love to go again.
