A beautiful, recently restored house, built in the traditional Ibizan style with 80cm-thick walls, situated in a very peaceful part of the island surrounded by pine forest, which keeps the house nice and cool; the house is fully equipped and very close to Santa Gertrudis, one of the island’s most charming villages.
The house has a spacious dining room with large windows offering views of the surrounding area, a large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, and access to a small, very comfortable living room.
From the lounge, there is access to the terrace and the swimming pool, as well as to the two bedrooms, both of which have double beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; one of these has a spacious dressing room adjoining the bedroom.
On the pool terrace there is a wooden table with four chairs. There is also an outdoor toilet.
Points of interest: Just 12 km from Ibiza, 7.5 km from Santa Eulalia, 2 km from Santa Gertrudis, 15 km from Benirras beach, 17 km from Cala Xarraca, less than 12 minutes from the beaches around Santa Eulalia, and very well situated and connected to the beaches in the north of the island.
