The traditional Ibizan house ‘Villa Dalt S Era’ is located in a quiet area near the town of Santa Gertrudis, in the centre of the island. Boasting a view of the mountains, the property consists of a living/dining room, a large, very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms (1 en suite in the double bedroom and one large bathroom with a shower and 2 sinks) and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television, a game console and video games and children’s books and toys. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. In the house you will also find a children’s play area with 2 soccer goals and footballs. This makes it the perfect accommodation for families with children. The highlight of this property is definitely its private outdoor area with a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool and an outdoor shower. Here you have everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. In approximately 6 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Sandra Gertrudis, a traditional Ibizan town with a church in its main square as well as many bars and restaurants in the square and the surrounding streets. The small boutique shops, trendy restaurants, and auction house, the town combines tradition and modernity with a cosmopolitan atmosphere. In less than 15 minutes driving you will reach the town of Ibiza where you can experience a very different atmosphere. There are many beaches and beach restaurants to the East and North of the property that can be reached in approximately 10/20 minutes by car.
