”The service at this hotel is what really stands out. We stayed in the Mesa Verde Suite in the Hacienda. I would definitely choose this if we returned and it's worth the upgrade. The room is fine, a bit older and with no real view, but having access to the butler and concierge is a nice touch and something not generally done at other hotels of this quality. The hotel is about 3/4 of a mile from the plaza, but there's a shuttle to take you there and back if you don't want to walk. ”

”Amazing property and even more amazing staff! Great service and they knew my name after the first day and it was such a nice touch! ”The property is located on the hill just outside -10 min drive, of the downtown and the Plaza. So it’s quieter, with the mountain view. Has a large pool and a pool bar. The lobby area was under renovation when we arrived, but they fixed it right up. Overall, friendly, helpful staff, clean room. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and the Lodge.”
