”We recently stayed at this hotel after a long 13-hour drive from San Antonio, Texas, with our family of four. Initially, we reserved a room with two wide beds, but to our pleasant surprise, we received an upgrade upon arrival. The only areas that I think could improve would be the parking, food, and the staff could be a little more friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any issues, and we appreciated being “left alone” during our stay, but the times I did need to interact with staff left me feeling more like a burden than a guest. No one was rude or anything just… distant I guess and almost seemed annoyed....
