Lomamajat – Santa Fe

”Overall it was a good stay. Rooms were clean, area was quiet and having police station across the street made it feel safer. Only issue we had was with shower knobs. It was difficult to adjust temperatures. The breakfast was amazing. Best of all of he places I’ve stayed at all week.”

”Vallet service was very good and friendly. Reception was rather rude and restaurant / breakfest was a mess. For example waited for the bill for more than 30mins, while the waiter was cleaning the tables. No smiles, no friendliness. And furthermore very slow and non-professional service. We decided to take another hotel in the future. The vallet personel in the garage were perfect. Super friendly, fast and always on a good mood. ”

”They make an effort to make the grounds comfortable and inviting, but the rooms are little more than what you’d find in a motel 6. Small, air conditioner under the window, unremarkable rooms. Also, where you are told that there is free WiFi and parking in the Expedia ad, the site charges you a $20 daily amenities fee. Not a lot, but a sneaky way to bill you for what is presented as free. Not horrible, but wouldn’t go back.”

”I called ahead and they let me check in at 2am, which was a complete life saver. Nice shaded personal parking spots for each room. Big beds! Clean showers!”

”This is not the hotel to book for a nice stay in Santa Fe. I was blind-sided by several things: walking into the property and smelling cannabis smoke, guests propping open doors to let in non-guests (particularly vagrants who I’d seen standing on the street before entering the hotel through propped open doors, ice machines were out of order, the hotel had a general vibe of “the back rooms”, poor air flow/air quality, handrails on stairs that seemed to be on the edge of breaking. ”Beautiful, clean hotel. Loved the do it yourself convenience. Comfortable bed. A bit of a walk to the parking garage, but not a problem. We will definitely book again. Highly recommended.”
