”Relatively new hotel by a family who is passionate about hospitality. Huge rooms, elegantly appointed, and the best bed I’ve ever slept in. Unusual for a rather downscale town, but still felt authentic to the surroundings. Beautiful public spaces on all floors with scenic views. And a genuinely warm staff. ”

”Hotel Coloma is in the Main Street with easy access to shops and Pier. Staff were friendly and the breakfast, fresh and delicious with your choice of eggs whatever way you want them. We needed 1 night prior to cruise departing - this was perfect. ”

”A great property within walking distance from all the restaurants etc. They have a basic breakfast which does the job. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They even allowed us to get into the room very early after our ferry arriving into Santa Cruz. ”

”This was a great stay! The hotel is so cute and the staff is top notch! The rooms were spacious, had plenty of shelving, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is convenient, located near stores, Darwin Ave, restaurants, and bars. It is about a 10 minute walk to the pier, but they will coordinate taxis if you need it. They give you a discount to a local tour agency and restaurant. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. I skipped breakfast and told them I was going to Isabela Island and...

”I stayed here twice. Both times highly satisfactory. Staff was very friendly and accommodatding. The rooms and garden area are in excellent upkeep and pleasant to hang out in hammocks or seating arrangements. The owners are very kind people, who even helped me organize a free ride back to the airport upon my departure (a relative happened to also take a flight off the island). I highly recommend this establishment. ”
