”This hotel was excellent, primarily because of its great location, making it easy to walk anywhere. On the first day, the staff provided a kind and thorough explanation, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The thoughtfully arranged amenities were also impressive. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient, and the hotel was quiet and safe. It is a wonderful and cozy hotel that I would highly consider visiting again. Thank you. ”

”Die Hotelanlage war wunderschön gestaltet. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet und es gab genug Abstellflächen. Der Außenpool wurde abends noch gerne von unserem Sohn genutzt. Das Frühstück war kein Buffet, sondern wurde zubereitet und war immer sehr lecker. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. ”After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. Let me be clear, the AC did not work AT ALL and when we returned it was hotter in the room than outside at 9pm. Couldn't open the windows or doors because the of the mosquitoes. ”I was very pleased with Blu Galapagos. The rooms were very clean, great view, very helpful staff. My only recommendation would be to not use the tour company in the hotel. I booked a tour after being very specific in what I wanted to see. I was assured it was possible but once I arrived the tour guide explained there was not enough time within my limited time to see what I came for. Very disappointed.
