”From the outside the Hotel looked very nice like 5* hotel should. However front desk service was poor, rooms were dirty and corridors dark. Definitely not a 5* level. Pool was also dirty and floors slippery. In a restaurant service was slow and we were like air to them. Food was also average. Breakfast was great!”

”Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!”

”This is an incredibly beautiful, very well-kept, cozy, and serene property in the middle of the Bolgheri aerea. Perfect as a main base to begin the exploration of wonderful villages and their fabulous wines. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient!”

”Bella struttura e personale molto gentile”

”I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!”

”Family of 6. Fantastic stay from start to finish. Super friendly and helpful staff. We’ll definitely be back.”
