The accommodation, located on the mezzanine floor of the building, opens onto a living area complete with sofa, television and dining table. The open kitchen has all the amenities such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and coffee maker. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen size bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with bidet and shower completes the layout.



Guests are provided with amenities such as a washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating.



Guests can make use of a free covered parking lot inside the property. (maximum width 175 cm)

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in an enclosed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the innermost part of the Tigullio Gulf. The town, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation overlooking the so-called “Dolphin Coast,” which links the town to Portofino. The town is a popular tourist and seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Portofino Regional Nature Park.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is about a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk from the apartment while Genoa airport is about a 45-minute drive.
