On the positive side, we had one of the 3 suites and the room was spacious and the view of the sea was nice. However the suites are directly attached to the restaurant, which was rented out for private events. Every night there was a private event with DJ. Basically it was like a nightclub. If extremely loud dance music until 1:30 in the morning is not your idea of a relaxing vacation, then don't stay here. Then at 7:30 am the piano player starts playing in the breakfast restaurant directly above my bed. So be prepared to get very little sleep in the suites. The breakfast was very chaotic because too many guests, not enough tables and not enough staff. It was difficult to find staff to make a hot cappuccino. I literally had the worst and cold cappuccino here. There is very little to basically almost no fruit at breakfast, which is surprising for Sicily. But the few staff that were there did try very hard. My suggestion is to get rid of the piano player and hire 2-3 more waiting staff. And get some decent fresh fruit. I believe this location gives the brand a bad name.

Meget fint hotel med god udsigt og beliggenhed. Men da vi ankom, kunne vi læse på et skilt i receptionen, at poolen og hele tagterrassen var lukket dagen efter fra kl 15 og resten af aftenen på grund af et privat arrangement. Det synes jeg ikke er ok. Vi regnede med at vi havde booket et hotel med pool og udsigt. Personalet var helt uforstående overfor vores klage og sagde at vi stadig kunne bruge vores eget værelses boblebad… ja tak. Det burde stå i hotelbeskrivelsen, at man ikke kan regne med at poolen er åben. Og det havde også været god sevice at gøre os opmærksomme på lukningen, inden vi ankom, så vi kunne have overvejet vores muligheder i god tid.
