”This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. Restorations uncovered under many layers beautiful frescos. The bathroom addition was brightly lit, the shower was large and lots of water pressure. ”Great hotel owerall. Staff is absolutely best. Location could not be better. Car was easily driven to the front of the door and valet service was great with only 30€ a night. Breakfast was good. ”

”Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. ”Very pleasant experience!
The host was very nice and gracious, very helpful and knew English well. Before I arrived they wrote to me on WhatsApp, asking when I'll arrive so they can welcome me and explain to me everything. I had trouble finding taxi and she helped me with it which was a life saver for me.
The place is very pretty, and has a very pleasant atmosphere, with a faint smell of a scented candle, optimal temperature and soft instrument music. The room was very clean and was cleaned...

”Stayed a very enjoyable three nights. Double room w/ garden view. “garden view” yes but also a stunning view of the Tuscan countryside. Breakfast buffet was bountiful and offered many options. Would stay again in a heartbeat!”

”The hotel seems much better than just 3 stars. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable. We had a 4 person room, that had a double bed and a sofa bed. The description promised single beds instead of a sofa bed, so that was bit of disappointing, but the sofa bed was quite comfortable so it was ok in the end. ”We loved everything about this hotel! First, our flight into Rome was very delayed, making us arrive in Siena at nearly 1:00 am. We called ahead and spoke with Elena, who arranged for us to be able to access our room so very late (the hotel front desk closes at 10:00 pm).
