  • Villa Maya tarjoaa lukemattomia mukavuuksia ja hinta näyttää, se on kova voittaa! Kaupungissa yksinomainen porteilla ja tarjoaa neljä makuuhuonetta, oma uima-allas lisäksi jaetun yhteisön allas että unohdetaan Playa Santa Cruz (jossa kaikki risteilyalukset telakka).

    Huvilan pääkerroksessa sijaitsee avoin käsite olo koko keittiö, aamiainen baari, ruokailuryhmä, olohuone ja baari. Muodollista ruokasali, on myös yksityinen ruokailuhuone mahtuu jopa kahdeksan vierasta.

    Avoin-konsepti alue avautuu takaisin terassi josta löydät riippumatossa ja grillikatos. Napata kirjan ja nauttia lämpimästä iltapäivän auringossa tai nauttia hieman iltapäivän siesta. Tärkein-pinta-ala myös avaa-up merelle päin puolella ulkoterassi rento oleskelutila jopa kuusi vierasta. Tämä alue on näkymät uima-allas, jossa voit nauttia auringosta toinen sisäänrakennettu sohva. Sueno Real....AMAZING MILLION $ VIEWS

This is a return trip for us to go back to Sueno Real, but we rented a different Villa this time. There were six of us and it was perfect. With the private pool and a communal pool made it just so easy to be together or be apart. Highly recommend the location, their staff, security and cleaning services are perfect. We will be back.

The Villa has gone through a major refurbishment since our last visit and very nice. There are many quality furnishings and kitchen is greatly improved. The staff at Sueno Real are very helpful and nice. Sueno Real is in a great location and we appreciate the 24 hour security or someone at complex we could contact immediately if needed. All upstairs bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

The private pool was larger than we anticipated and the villa was very spacious. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed with lots of seating for formal and informal dining. Plenty of sitting areas inside and outside. The sitting area outside was very spacious and where we spent most of our time. The bedrooms and ensuites were large and the balcony upstairs was nicely furnished and comfortable. The hammocks throughout the villa were a nice touch. The villa and property as a whole was extremely clean and safe, which provided us with the comfort we needed. Huatulco Vacations were accessible through their WhatsApp whenever we needed them. they were attentive and a pleasure to rent from. security or concierge on the property were always available to call a taxi for us but we did walk to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz as well. Ten out of ten. Highly Recommend

This was a return visit for us so we knew the layout...but the villa was totally renovated! It was nice before but now it was perfect. A few things like an outdoor projection screen for movie nights, new in-pool lounge chairs and all new kitchen, appliances, and furniture were over the top. Everything we needed was there including two beach umbrellas for hots days on the beach. The views from the main pool are still beautiful and there are extended new decks to have views to both bays now. This property was perfect.

Huatulco Vacation

The location was excellent and the villa was beautiful! We were able to walk to the grocery store and to neighbouring areas very easily. It was wonderful having our own shaded pool to be able to cool down during the extremely warm days. The main pool was beautiful as well. Our pool was cleaned daily. When we arrived, the small pool-side guest house was locked and someone had to go through the window to gain access. Once inside, we discovered that it has not been cleaned. Perhaps no-one had stayed in that room in a while, but we had 7 people booked for the three weeks, so it should have been obvious that we would be using that room. Having said that, the property manager was quick to rectify this problem once it was discovered. The dishwasher did not work. We reported it and after 18 days, they wanted to come and repair it. We were told it would be noisy and we requested that they wait until we checked out to do the repairs since we only had 3 days left. They did agree to this. One member of our party was sick early on during our stay and unfortunately was sick in the bed. We received a bill for the sheets and mattress cover as they said there was a stain that could not be removed. The bill was for $3250 pesos, or $230 CAD. These were not new sheets. That seemed a bit extreme to me. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Maya. It was a beautiful spot, great location and very accommodating staff on sight.

We have fallen in love with Huatulco and the surrounding area. Great people, great staff and the restaurants,beaches and we have made lots of friends over the past years now.The My Huatulco Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help with any minor problems that may occur. They actual take such good care of their guests. We couldn't ask for more! Thanks for making our vacation time so enjoyable. See you next year for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the villa for 3 weeks and absolutely loved it. We had family and friends join us and having our own pool was perfect. We enjoy cooking and making fancy drinks...the kitchen had all the cookware we needed. The views from the condo are not great, but that is disclosed, but the views from the main pool are beautiful. We met most of the other renters/owners at the pool and everyone was so nice. Referring restaurants, beaches and shopping. We shared the days stories and everyone's experiences around the pool. I don't think anything could be improved at this condo complex. From having taxis ordered, water refilled and pool and pool area cleaned every day, our vacation rental was perfect.
