”Love this well appointed cottage. Very clean, plenty of towels, comfy bed, parking space and great communication and responsiveness from the host. A couple things to consider: The cottage is outside of arroyo grande in a more rural area, lovely and quiet but you need to drive to restaurants, shopping, etc. We found the cottage quiet at night however if you are a light sleeper, note that there are a few dogs that may bark, a rooster nearby and a motion light that goes on if a critter walks by....

”Everything was pretty great. This ADU is only 30' from the occupied horse stalls however NO bad smells and few flies! Quite wonderful to wake up the horse neighing. Very spacious, too. Our only drawback is that I'm short and bed was higher than I'm accustomed to”

”This is the best short term rental that we have stayed in yet! Very relaxing Santa Ynez ranch location, quiet and peaceful! The hosts were wonderful to work with and attentive to our stay. Enjoyed watching the local farmers tend the vineyards right outside the doors of "The Cottage", watching the ducks swim around the pond, and friendly greetings from the owners dogs. The place was exceptionally clean and the furnishings comfortable. Perfect getaway place from the hustle and bustle of the city.”

”Loved the RV resort for my kiddos, they loved the playground, arcade and the pool! Cottage was super cute and cozy. Assigned parking was great. Resort was super quiet and felt safe. My son was able to ride his bike around. Only thing about the cottage when we pulled out the sofa bed to sleep in the sheets were full of crumbs of food and there was a big brown stain on them. But thank goodness there were extra sheets in the back bedroom closet and we changed them and went to bed. Another than that...

”Excellent location with easy access to beach. Parking for one regular car in garage and one car in the driveway. Slightly dated condo, steep stairs that can be hard to lug suitcases up and down. Excellent restaurants in town make up for missing kitchen equipment. Good for large groups”
