The dependance of Villa Vernaschi, 55 m2 tailored to the needs of a couple on holiday, alone or with a child

The living room and kitchen occupy 20 m2, and tasteful furnishings in refined materials are complemented by modern conveniences: dishwasher and oven - both electric and microwave -, coffee pod machine, kettle and toaster.
The retro-style room is spacious and well lit. A functional bathroom with shower completes the annex.

A private porch allows guests to enjoy lunches or dinners in company in complete serenity.

In addition to the large swimming pool with solarium equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers, there is a football pitch and a large patio with a wood-burning oven and barbecue for al fresco dining while enjoying the garden and the view.

WI FI
Villa vernaschi has a state-of-the-art wifi system but being located in the open countryside, connectivity may not be 100% functional (so far this has happened rarely and only in bad weather). The non-functioning of the connection does not depend on us but directly on the service provider and the state.

The delivery of the identity documents of all guests present is compulsory, for reporting guests to the police headquarters.

- THE FLAT MUST BE LEFT TIDY AT CHECK OUT
order required:
- crockery washed and placed in the spaces,
- dirty linen (sheets and towels) stored on the ground floor
- empty fridge and freezer
- the house must be free of rubbish, which must be taken to the appropriate containers outside
If, at check out, the final order requested is not respected, there will be an additional fee of € 50 to be paid in cash.

It is not possible to move beds from one room to another, this can damage doors and walls, the arrangement of the beds in the rooms is the original one found in the description
