Täydellinen toisen kerroksen studiohuoneisto pienelle perheelle, ystäville tai romanttiselle lomalle näkymä uima-altaalle, josta on näköala lahdelle ja dyyneille järvinäköalalla, pitää sinut takaisin vuodesta toiseen. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä Meksikonlahden kauniista, kiiltävästä valkoisesta hiekasta ja turkoosi sinisestä ja smaragdinvihreästä vedestä.

Tämä mukava pieni huoneisto trooppisessa ympäristössä nukkuu neljä queen-size-vuode, queen-vuodesohva ja täysikokoinen täysin varustettu keittiö. Nauti parvekkeelta aamukupilla 'joe' tai rentoutua iltapäivällä valitsemasi juoman kanssa. Päivitetty ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu paikallisella taiteella ja hauskoilla väreillä tekee siitä loistavan paikan rentoutua ja nauttia auringosta, hiekasta ja merestä!

This is my second stay in this unit 4th at these condos. They are dog friendly short walk to beach . I will be back later this summer. This is only place I stay anymore

Benchmark Management is not the best

I've stayed in another unit at this property before. The location is AMAZING. The property is as described online. We arrived late at night and found NO bedding for the sofa bed. When I contacted the management company, they said it would be sometime the next day before they could get it out. I called the next day, after a miserable first night, and they did not respond. I called again because who wants to repeat a night with no bedding while on vacation, and they were very rude. They finally dropped off the bedding on the evening of the 2nd day of our stay. The bedding on the main bed was also not as pictured, but a twin-sized coverlet on a queen-sized bed. This is no fault of the owner, but a management company that seems not to have its customers first. Again, the unit is nice, mostly clean (some mold on the inner shower curtain, and old air filters stored under the bed). Overall, it is an affordable unit in a great location. I just wish the property managers were actually responsive.

Cute and affordable place

Overall experience was good. We had plenty of bathroom linens. The only two issues we had were the bed linens for the couch bed were twin so they did not fit. The other issue was the oven. We used the oven to cook a pizza. It smoked terribly from the time it heated up until long after we turned it off. In fact it probably still smells very smokey in the room now. I opened the oven to see what could be causing such smoke before the pizza was even put in. There appeared to be some old drippings of some sort in the bottom of the oven which caused a tremendous amount of smoke. We opened the balcony doors as well as the main entrance door to relieve the smoke.

Short Stay

The condo is listed with a Santa Rosa Beach address, but it’s actually in Seagrove Beach, a 30+ minute drive on very crowded 30A to what the map shows as Santa Rosa Beach, where other family was staying. The property had 3 issues which we tried to report to Benchmark Management, but their support line disconnected multiple times. One problem was with the fridge making a loud knocking noise randomly overnight, keeping us up. So we left and went to Santa Rosa Beach. I requested a partial refund from Benchmark but that was denied both verbally and in email. I’ll take our future vacation plans elsewhere.

Teacher summer break!’nnn

This is my third stay at this location. It will be my choice for as long as it is available for my beach vacation. I love that I can take my dachshunds and they are so used to the place now they are very well behaved and love the people they meet. The area is quiet and restful and all the people I have met are friendly. This is a hidden gem!

Wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach and to restaurants. Perfect for a getaway with your fur baby. Communication with owner was great, very quick responses through email. We would definitely stay here again.

Pretty bad

The worst vacation ever. Place was only by the bed.Urine smell in kitchen that we had to clean after our arrival. Bodily fluids on their blue couch. Place is roach infested(they were also coming out of sink-disgusting!)People above were stumping on floors all day and night for two weeks and dropping heavy stuff in the middle of night.After many complaints to management it got only worse.They kept shaking off dirt and sand every time we were eating on balcony(which has boards with lots of space in between so all garbage can fall on your head). Their last day they spilled whole bucket of water on my husbands head while sitting on balcony. Only one broke umbrella for the entire pool. Tiny strip of public beach available (all else is private) rental company takes half the space(right by the shore) for their chair and umbrella rentals. They claimed the best spots on beach while half of their chair rentals were empty. Beach was overcrowded and hard to find spot. Just awful

Nice place

My husband and I stayed with our dog. The place was fine and grounds and pool/hot tub were clean and well-maintained. Beautiful beach. The one aspect we did not like about the area overall was the “private beach” signs all over. Beaches are public property so I am not sure how they get away with this. It did not cause a problem for us, but it is annoying and elitist.

Just one issue

After reading other reviews, apparently we aren't the only ones who had problems with the noise from the condo above us...every foot step sounded like there was a cheerleading camp going on. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Awesome will be back

The first thing about this place is that is very very clean , the location the best with the beach front soooooo close , the place has Everything you need to cook and even bake in food conditions . The common areas are good . The only thing we did not like was that we were in the second floor and you can hear the people upstairs walking in the early morning and at midnight . I guess it is a matter of the building construction ‘s materials . WE will come back

Price is right

Overall, enjoyable/affordable stay. As an annual visitor to the emerald coast area, I found this condo to be appropriately priced for its convenience & amenities. There could be some more “info” On sight such as how to operate ice maker/water in fridge (it was locked and inoperable for the 1st 1/2 of our stay, tried to use keypad on fridge to unlock it but it requires some patience/knowledge of appliance). Ad states “laundry available” but no no info provided w/check in or in the condo as to whether there was community laundry space avail as there was not laundry appliance(s) in unit. Pool is awesome, but suggest community adds a bathroom facility to the pool area. Clean, but suggest cleaning crew might use a vacuum to rid condo of more sand track-in after each tenant. It is understandable that during a stay, sand will be tracked in, as sand is in everything after one visits the beach. But upon 1st nite arrival, the sand was visible & bare feet Collected sand & “dirtied feet enough to need to wash before going to bed & then to wear shoes or socks in unit for remainder of stay to avoid tracking into furniture &/or bed:) thanks & yes, would stay again & would recommend for convenience & overall amenities for cost value
