At this 3-bedroom tranquil retreat you can discover the beauty of Blue Mountain Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Destin. Ideally located on 30A and nearby beaches, this spectacular getaway sits in a desirable location and boasts 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and full over full bunk beds. Guests will find the sleeping arrangements cozy and plentiful. Not to mention that you are less than 1 mile to 3 beach access points where you can enjoy the emerald colored waters.
This stunning home is nestled in a highly desirable neighborhood with a resort-style pool. There are beds to comfortably accommodate 8 and a sleeper sofa to allow for up to 10 people. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings where you can eat, entertain, and spend time together. We have done our best to stock this home with more than just the basic amenities in the bedrooms, the bathrooms, and the chef’s kitchen. If you ever get tired of being inside, you can immediately escape from the primary suite to a private balcony, or from the downstairs to a patio or porch. The front porch and primary suite balcony look across the street and into over 15,000 acres of tranquil forest. The dining room table easily seats 8 guests and there is room for 3 more at the kitchen island. The kitchen is delightfully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a wide variety of cooking utensils and small appliances. I even challenge that you will find a decent amount of baking supplies should you want to satiate any sweet cravings you might have while you are here.
All bedrooms and laundry are located on the second floor. The primary suite invites with a comfortable king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and you will enjoy a private balcony perfect for watching the sunrise while sipping some coffee or finishing the day with a stunning sunset while sipping on a cocktail. There are two guest bedrooms - one with a queen bed, and the second with full over full bunk beds. The guest rooms share a full bathroom with a tub and shower combo. We have done our best to stock the bathrooms with all the amenities you may need to get your stay started; inside each bathroom you will find hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, make-up, make-up wipes, regular towels, and a hair dryer.
The Emerald Crest is less than 100 yards to the pool and pool house. In case the resort-style pool isn’t enough to keep you occupied, there is also a welcoming hot tub, fire pit, and covered grill area. Last but not least, there is also viewing tower to watch sunsets, view fireworks, or fill up on some beach views while feeling on top of the world. The front of the house has upstairs and downstairs porch space for outdoor relaxation where you can get lost in the serenity of nature and maybe even observe the wildlife that calls Point Washington State Forest its home.
There is room for two cars and a golf cart in the driveway. Please note that overnight street parking is prohibited and strictly enforced. We expect our housekeeping team to adhere to strict cleanliness standards and we will be here to address any shortfalls when you check-in. Towels, linens, blankets, etc... are stripped after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered linens.
When you start your stay, you will find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent ready for you to hit the ground running. These starter amounts will be enough to last you a couple days. There is a Publix and Walmart approximately 5 miles away and both offer grocery pick-up and delivery.
The Emerald Crest is in a fantastic neighborhood with brick paved streets that are perfect for you to stroll and reminisce and that leads directly to Scenic Highway 30A. From here, you can get to it all – via bike or the golf cart that is included with your stay. Hangry and don’t want to cook? – This home is surrounded by an array of cuisines all within 15 minutes of the home. (P.S. there is an ice cream shop and coffee shop less than ½ mile from the home).
