With 2,460 square feet (1,789 interior), Dune Watch sleeps up to 12 and offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, parking for 6 cars, and a short beach walk (approx. 20 minutes) to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar, Chiringo’s and The Zoo Gallery.

Dune Watch underwent an expansion and total renovation in May 2024. There is a bed swing underneath the house to enjoy an al fresco afternoon nap, and the covered front porch offers the Absolute BEST VIEWS of the sunsets over the Gulf and State Park!
