"Drift Away on 30A" in Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A; boasting 2,800 square feet and offering accommodations for up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's prime location is just minutes from the sugary-white shores of Dune Allen Beach, as well as plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options, as well as the wonderful vide of 30A!

'Drift Away on 30A" centrally located along 30A among the Beaches of South Walton, an area long celebrated for its eclectic cuisine, unique boutique shopping, scenic bike and foot paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the Gulf Coast has to offer! It's is a short walk or bike ride to Gulf Place Town Center that has lots of local shops and artists. Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A is the perfect place to celebrate your family’s next beach vacation!

30A is a scenic stretch of highway down Florida's beautiful gulf coast between Destin and Panama City Beach.

Beach Access: Drift Away on 30A in Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A enjoys access to several nearby (peaceful and secluded) Beach Access points. The closest beach access is the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access which is located roughly 0.4 miles from the home. There is a shower, and plenty of bike parking and a few spaces for carts but no parking for cars.This home is also a short 0.4 miles from the Dune Allen Public Beach Access. It is complete with restrooms, plenty of parking, and a lifeguard station.

Pool Access: The community of Serenity at Dune Allen on 30A features a community pool with bathrooms! The pool is just steps away.

Family Beach Trip 2023

It was just as listed and the perfect stay for 3 families and the 3rd floor lent itself perfectly for my daughter and her family with one master suite with bathroom and a bunk bed suite for the kids with their own bathrooms. All other bedrooms were master suites too!

This home is tucked away in a development on the end of Santa Rosa Beach which meant it felt secluded with easy beach access. Home was beautiful. Loved the beach. Pool is right across the street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Golf cart was a huge plus. We would love to stay here again.

To start, the reservation process was super simple. All fees were explained up front with nothing hidden. When payment was complete, email was sent for verification. A link for an app was sent for all needed info to include door codes, WiFi and even trash pick up. We were allowed to check in early which is a blessing after a 12 hour drive. Furnishings were very modern and comfortable. No expense was spared from soft towels to balcony furniture to endless dishes in the kitchen for large families.

We also enjoyed the Golf cart and how close it was to the beach! Our only cons we can say are if you like to work from vacation or stream a lot, the internet isn’t very good, we struggled to watch movies on an Apple TV with buffering happening a lot. With that being said we very much enjoyed our stay! And would highly recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was beautiful. It looks exactly like the pictures & it was the perfect space for my family. We enjoyed all of the amenities that were included! The host was helpful & easy to reach. The only complaints are... there were a lot of ants in the kitchen area, around the sink, countertops, & on the walls. We also had to kill a few water bugs & roaches. Be sure to check the night stand in the king room on the 3rd floor. We had to pay $400+ on a new nightstand because we didn’t have proof that the left back leg was already broken off prior to our stay. So be sure to check if you stay here. Overall it was a nice stay.

The home is perfect. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable stay!

My family came from Uvalde to get some beach therapy. From the start the property managers were the best. They made sure we had everything we needed and more! Even stopping by personally giving my family a special gift. Brought tears to our eyes and we won’t forget their kindness! The house is beautiful with the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! Very very clean inside and had all the essentials we needed to cook in the kitchen to washing clothes, the outside shower and the golf cart was wonderful for our back and fourth beach trips! The balconies were beautiful to sit on in the mornings or grill on in the evenings. Wonderful showers and kids room beautifully decorated. We were so comfortable in the house and even had a nice neighborhood pool across the street which the kids loved after a Long Beach day. Many different beaches to choose from that are so close and everyone was so helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home with wonderful property managers who really do go above and beyond for their guests!! You will not regret it!
