"Sandy Cheeks" on hiljattain päivitetty, viehättävä 1 makuuhuone, 1 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto, joka sijaitsee Seagrove Beachin sydämessä! Täydellinen pieni perhe tai romanttinen pakopaikka!

    Beachwood Villas -yhteisö tarjoaa kaksi uima-allasta, shuffleboard-kentät, tenniskentät, taapero-leikkikentän ja ilmaiset grillit kaikkialla Beachwood Villa -hotellin vieraiden käytössä. Alueet ovat kauniisti ylläpidettyjä ja vuorattu piknik-penkeillä, jotka on yhdistetty käämittävillä vaelluksilla, jotta saat mahdollisimman paljon hyötyä rannalta. Yleinen uimaranta on 3-5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä etuovesta, ja useita paikallisia ruokapaikkoja ovat aivan yhteisön vieressä. Itsepalvelupesula sijaitsee tiloissa mukavuuden vuoksi.

    Seagrove Beach sijaitsee 30A: n sydämessä, ja se on nimetty rantaviivaa ympäröivälle tammipuulle. There was a dirty, crusted face towel left on the shower rod from prior residents. I also dropped an earring in the bedroom and was prompted to look under the bed where I saw trash including gum wrappers and a big roach. I’m not sure if housekeeping does not clean under the beds between residents, but it was a little uncomfortable.

Had minor problems with the door lock....handle had to be pulled forward in order to get door in proper location for the code to work. Had major problems with the TV. Could not get but 1 channel until technician came on 2nd day. There were no written instructions or written Menu for the TV.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in walking distance to beach entrance which was awesome. We loved having the patio to hangout on and the property grounds were clean and quiet. The condo itself was cute but could use some updates. The floors were dirty when we arrived. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and you could see the mold growing in the vents. The kitchen could really use a few new pans and cooking utensils, the plastic was literally getting into our food and the pans were extremely scratched. People typically stay in a house versus hotel so they can do their own cooking etc. so this was a little disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our stay, a little more attention to detail on the property would really take it to the next level.

Great location!

This place is in a great location and it's priced just right! We were so close to the beach, shops on 30A, Destin, San Destin, and PCB - loved the location! Check is was an absolute breeze and the place was very clean and well-maintained. We had what we needed to spend our Florida spring break. Now, there was also issues. I was able to take the whole week off with the understanding that I would Zoom into important meetings at work. Unfortunately, we did not have internet the whole week, and I had to drive to Starbucks for meetings. This also meant that we could not use the Smart TV to watch movies on our list - I rarely have time for TV, so this was kind of a big deal. We used our phone as a hot spot to watch for a while, but we quickly ran short on data. I contacted Benchmark and they came by but couldn't get it to work. I asked about it the next day as well, and they said they would check into it but I never heard from them again. At this point, it was getting close to the end of the week/trip. Also, the hot water heater is really small, so two showers in the morning is not possible. It's actually hard to get one in - you have to do it quickly! The coffee pot need to be replaced, so bring our own!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is aesthetically pleasing with new updates. There are some great things about it for the low price point... However, we’ve stayed at other places close to this price point that are better. Whoever does their cleaning, left the floors filthy. We had to wear shoes our entire trip because they were just gross. Also, there is NOT a washer and dryer in this unit and there is NO sink disposal. These two things are not clear in the description. Benchmark Management does this unit no favors with their poor customer service. I requested a phone call from the local office multiple times and they refused to call me. They did text a few times trying to offer help with the floors... but they refused to actually return my phone call which was also just odd. They had very poor customer service in this regard. Again, this unit isn’t terrible but it’s also not the best option at this price point in Seagrove. I’d suggest making this description more clear to let patrons know there isn’t a washer/dryer or disposal in the unit. People should know what they are getting when renting from anywhere. I’m not sure we’d stay here again mainly because of the poor customer service. This property is adequate.

This was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at this far. It was clean, conveniently located, and communication with the property management company was excellent. There were even some extras like beach chairs and a pack n play. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Small Family Vacation

We loved our rental! It was super cute and clean, came fully equipped with all the things we needed - all we had to do was a grocery store run for food and drinks. There’s a Tom Thumb in close walking distance and the beach access is close as well! We would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

Great location and walkable to the beach and other restaurants. Away in a quiet neighborhood but close to all of the action in both directions on 30A. Perfect for our family- my husband and I and our baby.

Unit appears to have been recently updated. The furnishings were in good shape and beach appropriate. The living room and dining room are nice and bright having a view to a calming courtyard. The kitchen was functional with a few limitations. Shower had great water pressure. Queen size bed was soft. Very clean and complex was well maintained. Even though there were lots of people there, I very seldom heard or saw anyone else. Easy access to the walking/biking trail along 30A and very convenient short walk to beach access. Having a Tom Thumb across the street was very handy! Since I was traveling alone, this unit was a good choice. Wifi averaged 10 mbps download and 1 mbps upload.
