'CasaVocado' is a fully renovated 5-bedroom home in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. 1 minute, 300 foot walk to the beach access leading to the sandy white beach right out the backdoor! No driving or parking needed here! You'll have a hard time deciding if you want to enjoy the beautiful 30A beaches or relax at the home by the private pool!



When you walk in the front door you are welcomed by a large foyer with three bedrooms. The two queen guest bedrooms are on this floor along with the bunk room! Keep walking straight and you are right out the door to the fabulous pool. This outdoor haven features a private pool and plenty of seating. What more could you ask for?



Head on up the stairs to see the rest of this stunning home. The second floor is the center of relaxation. The living room, dining and kitchen are all on this floor. The fully renovated kitchen features gorgeous granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. There are four spots at the bar and 10 at the table so your whole crew will have a place to eat! The living room has plenty of space and a large flat screen TV. Walk out the double doors and onto the balcony and you'll find the huge porch with grill and plenty of seating.



One more flight of stairs and you will find two more bedrooms. The first bedroom you will see is the 4th guest bedroom featuring a King-sized bed. Hang a left and you're in the master bedroom oasis. This massive bedroom boasts a King-sized bed, seating area with TV, private balcony and a fully renovated bathroom. The massive master bathroom includes a stand-alone tub, walk in shower and gorgeous vanity.

**30A Vacay rental agreement is required to be signed prior to arrival**





*Pool heating available for this property from October 1st through May 1st



*Notification required one week prior to arrival to add pool heat



*Fee $50 per day and required for length of stay
