The house and views were absolutely beautiful! We rented one side and other family members rented the other. The grandkids loved playing in Alligator Lake! Our only complaint was that the Coyote gas grills at both units didn’t work which was a problem for our large crowd.

Perfect house for my family of 9! The best feature is the view of the beach and the short walk. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook. Our host got back to us very quickly on a few things that needed attention. We will be staying there next year!

We had the most amazing stay at this beach house for our girls trip! The home itself is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and so comfortable for a group. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather together, The highlight, was the view - unbeatable!! Being right on the beach made everything feel so relaxing and special, and we never got tired of looking out at the water. It was the perfect setting for a memorable trip, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous Girls Trip

We stayed in both sides of the duplex for a college girls trip reunion and couldn't have enjoyed the location or homes more. The beach is very wide and private and the home is well equipped and beautifully decorated. We loved the location near Grayton Beach.

Week with the family

This was a fantastic place. We rented both East and west sides of the house the whole house we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and Rebecca with the Properties management company was one of the best girls we had ever dealt with. We want to thank them and also want to thank all the restaurants for feeding us so well such great seafood we had a great week.

Spring Break with the Family

Perfect place for our group of 10 with 4 kids under 10 plus 6 adults. It is right on the Gulf. Definitely hit our favorite restaurants (Red Bar and Hurricane Oyster Bar) that were an easy walk away. Rented chairs from beach chairs 4U. Did a dolphin tour in Destin. Great time in a nice home. Comfy beds.

Perfect location and beautiful beach

Great location and beautiful views. Well appointed kitchen, clean house and great communication with property management. The beach has been privatized so we did struggle a little with beach services, there is an exclusive chair company (that did a great job) but had to figure out SUP boards and kayaks differently than we have in the past.

You do share beach access steps with your attached neighbor which wasn't any issue for us. Someone stayed across from us, and we never heard them at all so walls must be well built. The beach in this area is not as crowded as many parts of 30A. 2 upstairs bedrooms have great views. The house had dual fridges in the kitchen which was helpful for all our drinks and cold stuff. Only thing missing is an icemaker. I would definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront home! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and the lagoon.The house itself was ideal for our group of eight. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space and felt completely comfortable. One of the highlights for us was the kitchen—it was fully outfitted with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. You can tell the owners really thought of everything.The decor was elegant and minimalist, creating a calm, relaxing atmosphere without any clutter. It felt like a true retreat. The hosts were incredibly responsive and informative, making check-in easy and keeping aware of anything pertinent that happened during our stay.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality beach vacation with all the comforts of home!

Literally on the beach

Great location, close to all our favorite restaurants, clean well stocked appliances and kitchen supplies. Bathrooms were big and spacious. Beautifully decorated. Only criticism would be lower level bedroom was basically a cot looking bed and super small with shared lower level bathroom for guest. Upper bedroom’s were superb with beautiful views. We were very comfortable with 4 couples and if the other couple had come one would be disappointed with sleeping arrangements. Definitely would recommend and book again.

My Vacation Was Ruined by Pet Hair.

My great-grandson suffers with allergies. The family room rug was covered with pet hair. We suffered with him for the entire stay. We are not pet owners therefore, the pet hair was there when we got there. I was upset. We all got covered in the hair.

Great location and amazing views!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great for our family of ten. Ages ranged from 8 months to 88! The common area and kitchen area was perfect for family dinners and watching soccer games. The location on the beach is perfect. It is not crowded on the beach but you doneed to set your chairs and tents upearly in the morning if you are not renting. Fun bike ride to Grayton Beach shopping and restaurants, Seaside and Blue Mountain Beach area.Our only disappointment was the queen bedroom on first floor. My elderly in-laws stayed in that room because of the location and not having to take stairs to their room. The bedroom has no closet or storage. It is a room with a queen bed pushed up against the wall. There is a TV on a small table, but no storage for your clothes or bags. In addition, the only bathroom downstairs in common area shares with this queen bedroom as well. Maybe they could consider doing a closet in the laundry for guests that stay in this area. It is just a really small room for 2 people. We did have some issues with the doors closing and locking to the balcony in one of the king rooms, but we didn't report it till the end of the trip because there were nokids in the room. It just randomly opened during the night so that was a little crazy! Also, there is no ice machine but there is deep freezer to keep bags of ice which works great. There is a beverage fridge in bar area so that is great for drinks. We brought a big cooler for patio, but didn't need it. We had groceries delivered so that made everything easy! We drove so we were able to bring beach chairs and tents/umbrellas. This house is priced higher, but worth it in my opinion for the location right on the beach and not having to deal with the beach crowds. I was a little worried a little about having the houses attached to each other, but never heard our neighbors and it wasn't a problem at all. There was plenty of room for all and the location right on the beach was just perfect!We all enjoyed just being able to walk down in the morning and set up and enjoy the beautiful, quiet beach that includedan estuary from a lake above that the kids loved to play in catching minnows and crabs! We had gorgeous weather for our entire stay and never got in the vehicle the entire stay! So relaxing!The property manager was very responsive to our needs! They promptly responded providing a bbq propane refill and a new iron for us! They also very kindly delivered a few items to UPS to send to us that we left at the house upon departure! We all agreed this was the best beach trip ever and hope to return next year! Highly recommend!
