The Grayt Life is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in the gated community of The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This home is the closest to the beach access walkway and just east of 1 of the community's 2 pools. This house is perfect for large families and multiple families. The 3 floors offer living space for kids and adults to be together, but also allow plenty of room for the kids to have their own space both inside and out.

When you walk in you're greeted by a comfortable entertaining/living area (1 of 2 in the home), not to mention the expansive front porch with plenty of seating. Also on the 1st floor are 3 of the 4 bedrooms.

Right off of the living area, you will find a screened-in porch that leads you to an outside entrance - great for entering the house after a day at the beach. Next to the porch is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun beach day.

On the 2nd Floor is the large main living area that opens to the beautiful chef's kitchen with center island. Enjoy even more outdoor living space with a large balcony, seating, and a gas grill. There is a convenient half bath right off the kitchen. There's more than enough seating for everyone to hang out together and watch a movie. Also on the 2nd floor is the master retreat with a private bath that's a true spa experience!

On the 3rd floor, the Crow's Nest, you can enjoy soaring views of the tree-lined area. A great spot to catch one of 30A's famous sunsets and a peek of the Gulf.

1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Smart TV. Private bathroom with shower.
1st Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV.
1st Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, Smart TV and porch access. Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 1.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: King bed, Smart TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with dual sinks, soaker tub, and oversized walk-in shower.
3rd Floor, Crow's Nest: 3 twin beds + 3 twin trundles, Smart TV and balcony access.

Beach Access:
Exit the neighborhood and cross 30A. To the west of Sanctuary by The Sea complex you'll find your gated walkway to the beach. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

A initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods
