Tucked gracefully within the prestigious WaterColor community, this elegant four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath residence can sleep up to 10 maximum guests and offers an inviting blend of coastal sophistication and relaxed comfort. Thoughtfully designed across two spacious levels, the home captures the essence of beachside living with its open interiors, refined finishes, and seamless connection to the outdoors.

Ideally situated, guests enjoy full access to WaterColor’s private beach (0.3 miles away), pools, the Beach Club (0.4 miles), Camp WaterColor, and the famed Seaside amphitheater (0.25 miles)—all just moments away. Five adult bikes are provided for scenic rides along winding trails, and a complimentary seasonal trolley service adds to the ease of exploring the community. Everything you need is steps away. Golf carts can be rented from Electric Cart Company if desired, but definitely not needed due to the perfect location.

The first floor hosts all four bedrooms, each featuring a private en-suite bath. A serene primary suite presents a king bed with a custom headboard and a spa-inspired bath complete with dual shower heads. The second guest bedroom has a new king bed and private bathroom with dual sinks. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom with dual sinks. A charming bunk room with full-size bunk beds and en-suite with a bathtub creates a perfect retreat for younger guests. A screened porch off the bedroom corridor provides a peaceful spot to enjoy the soft coastal breeze. The property can sleep up to 10 guests, but is most ideal for up to 6 adults and 2-4 younger children.

Ascending to the second floor reveals a bright, open-concept living area, where a welcoming lounge flows effortlessly into a gourmet kitchen fitted with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and slate flooring. Two adjacent dining spaces—one seating twelve, the other four—invite memorable gatherings after a day by the sea. Expansive porches on this level create additional opportunities for outdoor living, framed by the serene neighborhood landscape.

Things to Know:
-Parking: The property has 3 on-site parking spaces available for rental guests to use. An on-property parking space is required for any LSV.
-WaterColor amenities: The advertised number of rental guests is the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at the property (10). Access credentials (wristbands) are required for all guests ages 5 years and older. WaterColor charges a nightly amenity fee of $9.50 per advertised number of rental guests (10) per night in order to use the amenities of the resort. Please note this price is subject to change annually. The price for WaterColor amenity wristbands is included in the quote and provides access to all WaterColor amenities.
-Fireplaces have been disabled for guest safety
