Alennukset elokuuhun 2019. Niin kaunis tällä kertaa vuodesta!

Tilava 3 BR 3 BA-asunto on ihanteellinen suuri perhe, joka tarjoaa kaikki kodin mukavuudet. Ammattimaisesti sisustettu sisustus, jossa on kaksi erillistä parveketta. Tämä laite sijaitsee itäpuolella etupäässä lähimpänä rantaa osittaisella merinäköalalla. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode, suora pääsy yksityiselle parvekkeelle, mestari kylpy on poreallas ja hänen ja hänen turhamaisuus alueilla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on queen-vuode ja suora pääsy suurelle parvekkeelle. Kolmas makuuhuone on erinomainen vieraille tai lapsille, joissa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Täysi kylpyamme sijaitsee kolmannen makuuhuoneen vieressä olevassa salissa.

Huoneisto on varustettu stereot, Uusi älykäs TV oleskelutilassa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma uusi taulutelevisio. Langaton internetyhteys on saatavilla yksikön sisällä ja koko kompleksissa, kuten atrium-alueen ja altaan kannella. Täysin varustettu kuntokeskus sijaitsee kolmannessa kerroksessa suoraan alas eteiseen. Peitteinen pysäköinti on saatavilla condo vuokra vieressä ulkona parkkipaikalla ylimääräisiä vieraita. Meillä on vartija paikan päällä korkean vuokra-kauden aikana.

Kaikki 48 yksikköä tässä neljän tarinan kompleksissa avautuvat 50-jalka-korkea atrium kämmenten, sisätiloissa, jatkuvan taivaan valo ja oleskelualue kaikkialla. Toiminta-alueet sijaitsevat kortin ympärillä sijaitsevien atrium-korttien ympärillä, ystävien kanssa, työssäkäynti ja lukeminen. Meidän huoneisto on kaakkoisan näkymä merelle ja hyväpalkkainen White Cliff yhteisön. Kauniita koteja, joissa savi kattotasot, luovat rentouttavan huvilakokemuksen. Yksikkö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä hissiä ja alas rantakatuun ja altaan reunaan. Nauti kauniista näkymistä Emerald Meksikonlahdella ja henkeäsalpaavat auringonlaskua uima-altaasta ja porealtaasta.

Huoneisto sijaitsee kätevästi eteläpuolella 30A. Välillä Destin (15 min) ja Panama City Beach (20 min) tarjoaa monia aktiviteetteja sekä perheille että aikuisille. Blue Mountain Beach on yksi monista ainutlaatuisista yhteisöistä HWY 30A: ssa, mukaanlukien kuuluisa Seaside, Watercolor ja Grayton Beach, kaikki pyöräilyetäisyydellä. Vain muutaman minuutin päässä taidegallerioista, maailmanluokan ravintoloista, yöelämästä, hyvistä ostosmahdollisuuksista, golfista, kalastuksesta ja vesiurheilusta, tämä alue tarjoaa ikimuistoisen loman koko perheelle. This Blue Mountain Beach condo was a joy to stay in. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had no problems making any meals, which we loved eating on the spacious and comfy balcony. All rooms and bathrooms were clean. The private beach access was quick and easy to get to. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Loved everything about the condo, with the exception of slow wifi. Condo need some deep cleaning - was bad dust on fans and blinds, trash under beds … Donna is super sweet and great helpful. We enjoyed to stay!

July 4th Week 2024

We have stayed in the Rosemary Beach area for the last 12 years so this was our first time staying in the Blue Mountain Beach area and we will definitely be back!! Overall the stay was pretty good, the unit was clean and as described in the listing. A set of beach chairs were included in the rental but we purchased an additional set and let me tell you that was the easiest, least stressful experience with chairs we have ever had. We have had some horrible experiences with reserving chairs at other places. There were plenty of good restaurants close by, my favorite was probably Shunk Gully. Only three negatives in my opinion but wouldn’t prevent us from staying here again is WiFi, not very strong connection. Gym, I like to get my workout in early and the doors won’t unlock until 7:30cst. I’m usually finished by then. Luggage carts, I would definitely invest in more luggage carts.

Memorable family vacation

We adored Blue Mountain Beach and 30A! It was our family’s first visit. The clan was perfect for our stay — clean, comfy furniture, great balcony and spacious! The beach access and pool were great for our little kids. The garage parking was also nice for kids. So much to do in town and neighboring beaches for both kids and adults. We also met some very friendly people at Blue Mountain Beach condo who even let us borrow some of their beach toys for the week for our kids. We hope to come back! Highly recommend!

Great stay at a new property to us!

We loved this property. The proximity to the beach was great, and even though we weren’t facing the beach we could still see it from the balcony. The couch is the most comfortable I have ever sat on and sucked us in for naps daily (please let me know where it was purchased from!! ) We would definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful stay!

Just left our week long stay at this unit and I have nothing but positive things to say! Very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. The air conditioner was having a hard time cooling the unit down the first day, but I messaged the owner and she had someone out there to fix it within an hour! I’ve stayed at other units in this building, but this one was by far one of the bests! Would definitely recommend!!

Easy checking, nice property, very secure, lots of room for family …. Only drawback was going to beach before 6am to sign in for umbrella position. Had week long umbrella rental, but had to go down early to get near water. Private beach is small.

Blue Mountain Beach Condo

We had a fantastic time here! The unit was clean, we had one issue with the A/C and the owners took care of it quickly, they were easy to reach, the location was perfect, and the unit had plenty of room for everyone. Located right on the beach. The beach chair service company does take up the entire width of the beach area marked off for the condo. The only way to get a front row spot is to rent chairs. That was a little frustrating since we brought our own, but we managed and had a great time.

We had everything we needed, things you sometimes don't think to bring but were available in this unit as an extra convenience (seasonings, storage containers, etc). Our large family was comfortable here. We appreciate the welcome gift! We would definitely stay here again!

The location and the property was good. The size was perfect. The actual condo was a little run down. They floor was coming up in the front hallway, there were burns on both couches. It would be a great place with a little maintenance.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, and the owners were very quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. The private beach was not crowded and the owners paid for our beach chairs for the week! We will definitely come back! Overall, I give this rental a 10 out of 10!

Nice location

Nice complex . Owners very responsive . The beach umbrellas and chairs rental are a problem if you don’t rent you can’t see the beach! They put up two rows so close together you’re right on top of one another . You cannot go to the right or left either because it is privately owned and the security guards come and tell you if you are going to stay there you have to move into the wet sand which is deemed to be public .

Dirty and Outdated

We stayed in room 304. Others rooms much nicer and updated.Check in was 4 we go to room cleaner still there. After 45 waiting we go in to one of the dirtiest condos I ever been in. Used cotton swabs in bathroom, floors dirty, porch trash full, black mildew in master bathroom, left over food im fridge.It is on the beach but don't expect a much of a view since most of building blocks it. Oven would not heat properly. Set at 350 would only heat to 337. I have plenty of pics and video to prove everything. Please do your self a favor and check room before wasting money. We lost a full day to cleaning. I urge anyone not to stay.

Very spacious condo with two large patios--ideal for a large family.

The condo had a limited view of the Gulf. But the walk to the pool was quick and then over the dunes to the beach. Also the parking was convenient in the downstairs covered parking area. Our biggest complaint is that the hot water ran out quick just after two showers and so the owner should consider enhancing this item.

Very nice place

The condo was very clean and roomy. Our stay was wonderful. The only downside would be that the couch was uncomfortable to sit on. Overall, it was a great place.

Fantastic Time

This place is very centrally located with great access to a private beach and a great pool! Lobby and property are kept very clean and very private and secure in that only guests are allowed in. There’s a 24x7 security guard actively looking out for any wrong doing or someone causing a disturbance or any damaged. The condo itself is a bit outdated but very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owners was excellent, making themselves available at all times! All in all a 8 out of 10.

Overall good stay

Liked the smaller building size and area. Worked well for us during the times we are in now. Communication is critical and could be a little better here. However, the owner made things right. I will say be sure to make contact about umbrellas and chairs in advance. We were unaware of the that. Chairs and umbrellas are rented out to those who request on a first come first served basis as well as being on the front row or the back row at the beach. Apparently those who rent first get the front for the entire week and you have no hope of being up front unless you do so as well. Kitchen is well stocked with anything and everything you need to cook just about anything. Great grill area too!
