  • Tämä uskomaton lahden edessä sijaitseva osakehuoneisto Seagrove Beachin sydämessä on vain lyhyen pyörämatkan päässä Seasidesta, monia upeita ravintoloita ja upeita ostosmahdollisuuksia. Toisessa kerroksessa sijaitseva 3 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuone on nykyaikainen, hienostunut ja täydellinen rentoutumiseen ystävien ja / tai perheen kanssa. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, keittiössä on uudet laitteet erillisellä viininjäähdyttimellä, ja toisen kerroksen parvekkeelta ja makuuhuoneesta avautuvat näkymät ovat vertaansa vailla.

Great location and view

We loved our stay here. The view of the ocean was beautiful and access to the beach was super easy and quick. The location was a perfect spot on 30A to be close to tons of shops and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here. Beach access is on property and the views were lovely. Unfortunately, there was no wifi during our visit and management was unable to rectify the issue during our stay.

Well appointed vacation rental in great location

We were very pleased with our stay in this vacation rental. The rental is well laid out with a nice ocean-facing balcony with beautiful views of the ocean. The 2nd floor unit was clean and in very good condition. The furniture and appliances were clean and in good condition as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools that we needed. The unit is located in a great spot along Hwy 30A. There were many great restaurant options nearby. We will definitely consider this as our destination next year!

LIKES: ease of parking, excellent location in relation to the beach, Plus 3 bedroom and 3 full bath.CONS: middle bedroom the the ceiling fan could not operate without the light being on simultaneously. We went and purchased our own fan for better air flow when door was closed.Electrical outlets worn and falling out of the wall.There is a roach problem in all areas including drawers. Made a pizza, Went back for seconds and 3 roaches scattered. Roaches ranged in size from common fly size to length of chapstick tube.cracked tile throughout residencePower switch plates crackedBase boards in poor repairThe toilet seat in the 3rd bathroom finish is coming off leading to question of cleanliness.One day several little children ranging from 3-5 years old were playing at the beach in the underwear (no problem). Noticed 2 females wearing cleaning service shirts. Sitting at the water, I turned around checking our stuff and one of the women was standing under our setup as if it were hers. We sat for another 30 minutes but she wasn’t moving. We decided to pack up, she quickly moved their stuff from under our setup and moved to someone else’s. Later the three children were naked and bathing with shampoo at the outside wash off area.property not worth PRICE. Cannot recommend this place for family or our friends.All this being said I’ve reached out to benchmark via an email and phone call nearly a week ago with zero follow up.

Good Value

I am very familiar with this area so was pleasantly reminded how beautiful the beach is here. The property is old but tucked in with many high-in houses. The beach access might be the best attribute, it's a short walk to your chosen spot on that sugar-white sand. I do have a negative: Beware of renting through VRBO because it is "managed" by another company therefore you have TWO additional fees along with the base price and taxes. UGH.

We called for maintenance practically every day and got very little response. The location was great, right on the beach, but the steps going down were rickety and dangerous. Really surprised at the lack of quality, would not recommend.

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our vacation almost perfect! The huge negative in our stay at Beacons 4 was the noise from several days of construction and construction clean up in the unit above us!!! Even though I called Benchmark, they were not able to reach anyone so all of us, especially our dog was very traumatized by construction work. Seagrove Beach is no longer the charming town we remember, way too much over development in this area which is a true shame:-(

Awful. Stay in a different unit with a different company.

There was an awful smell in 1 bedroom from black mold growing on the air vent because the window was broken and stuck 1 inch open. Benchmark management stuck a sticker on the window saying broken so I’m guessing it has been that way for a long time. I requested the air vent to be cleaned but it never happened. I requested to move to another unit so my 75+ year old parents (mom has CPOD) and aunt wouldn’t be out of a room and the management company lied in writing saying no other units were available. I checked their website which showed multiple other units were available near by for the next couple of days. When I confronted Benchmark they didn’t deny lying about it and said someone will get in touch with me. I checked in every morning and no one ever bothered to call me back. I gave up after 3 days. I requested Benchmark provide a 1/3rd refund for that room and it’s been 2 weeks and still no one has bothered to reach out or take my call. Benchmark Management has taken zero responsibility for the unit’s cleanliness, our health or their written word in the lease agreement. They lied to us. They haven’t apologized. They haven’t even responded. Stay somewhere else.

Still love Beacons

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Beacons 4 but needs a little work. The large eye on the stove doesn't work and the roll down blind over the sliding doors is very cumbersome. We had to have maintenance come fix it and a stopped up sink.
