Grayton Beachin suosituimpaan kaakkoiskulmaan, joka sijaitsee vain muutaman askeleen päässä Persianlahden rannalta, tämä hiljattain remontoitu järvi-rannan ranta-talo tarjoaa paljon tilaa suurelle perheen kokoontumiselle. Päivitetty yläkerran kylpylä 2018. Tuore ulkonäkö uusilla kalusteilla houkuttelee sinua palaamaan tulevina vuosina. Floridan huone ja järvihuone avautuvat kannelle, josta on upeat näkymät järvelle ja lahdelle. Yksityisen uima-altaan (19'x32 ') lisääminen sekä lapsi-allas (8'x8') lisäävät paratiisilomaasi. Lämmitetään sesongin lisämaksusta (tiedustella kuluja). Sisältää leikkihuoneen pingispöydän, foosballin ja viihdekeskuksen, yksityisen telakan (tuo kalastuspylväs) ja erilliset alakerrat, kaasuliesi kaasuliesi! Talossa on Keurig 2. 0. Etäisyys rannalle - 20 metriä kävelykadulle, joka johtaa rannalle. Maksullinen WIFI- ja taulutelevisio on ulos. Jokaisen Grayton Coast Rentalsin kautta tekemäsi varauksen saat ilmaisen "Beach Gear" -lainan, joka on 280 dollaria viikossa. Lauantaista lauantaihin. Pysäköinti 4-6 autolle. Uudet päivitykset vuodelle 2018. Uudet ovet ja ikkunat. Uusi sivuraide. Uusi ulkomaali. Uudet (2) tankiton kuumavesilämmittimet, (2) Uudet AC-yksiköt. Seinän asuinalueen ja etuportaan välissä on asuinalueella upea ranta, järvi ja Persianlahden näkymä. Yläkerran kylpylät uusittiin ja yksi lisättiin. Uusi sisustuslauta ja lattia seinille, joissa asennetaan uusia ikkunoita. Uima-altaaseen on uusittu kokonaan uusi viimeistely, Kaikki telakointilaudat ja oleskelualue korvattiin yksityisellä telakalla, jossa on Epay-tyyppinen puulattia.

Beautiful views and amenities but roaches spoil!

Our whole family agrees that this location with the proximity to gulf AND lake is ideal. It's encouraging to see the improvements that have been made to this beach house over the past few years, too. All of that kind of pales though when you start seeing roaches. There were enough sightings downstairs to make our grandchildren want to sleep upstairs with us. Luckily we had a spare room for them. The ones in the kitchen and family area were too much, though! We sent an email at midnight on Saturday after we arrived, and the rental company was very responsive, having someone there the next morning (Sunday) to address the immediate problem areas and the exterminator there on Monday. We continued to see live and dead ones throughout the week though, so it put a damper on our trip. Not sure if it's a problem for this house or the area but we have not had this problem in any of the other places we have rented up and down 30A over the past 13 years.

For a big group, it's perfect, especially with so many bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms (and the downstairs for kids). The kitchen and living areas are ideal for gathering, and the pool is the perfect place to spend an afternoon when you grow tired of the beach. Some areas of the house are "well-loved" but overall, it's a great setup. The ice maker was a bonus.

When the house we had rented for years was taken out of the rental options, they found us another house and we like it even better. Nothing fancy to look at, and definitely a beach house, but perfect for our large crowd. The location is perfect for the beach, the lake and it has a great pool. Have reserved it for next year already! The rental company is very responsive to any issues.

Eagle's Nest is Awesome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Though this house isn't fancy or elaborate, it is a perfect beach house - roomy and comfortable. The family room area gets fairly warm in the afternoons with the FL sun coming in, but shades would eliminate that issue! Grayton Coast Rentals is immediately responsive to any issue and the easiest and best to deal with. The office manager, Jenny, is knowledgeable and friendly. We have rented from them for over 15 years and keep coming back to their company. Can't think of a better recommendation!

Great Location

The lower level furniture was a little worn but kids enjoyed the area.
