xcellent Beach Getaway in Seagrove Beach

I recently stayed at this wonderful VRBO property in Seagrove Beach, and it was an exceptional experience. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful beach, making it ideal for anyone looking to enjoy sun and sand.The property was impeccably clean upon arrival, which made for a very welcoming start to our vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus for our family as we enjoy preparing meals together.Overall, this property provided a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We definitely plan on returning for another stay!

Loved it!

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The view was terrific. Access to the beach was excellent. Also, the complementary beach chairs and umbrella are an added bonus. Loved it and will probably book again next year! Highlt recommend.

Great condo unit, good location

The unit is very nice, as advertised and shown in the pictures. The view from the balcany is great as well. The building is a bit dated and the location is ok, a bit removed from restraunts and shops which may be a pro or con depending on your preference. It's a quick walk to the beach and chairs are provided. The pool was fine, but we didn't get a chance to use it. Parking was great, plenty of spaces. We would return and recommend it to others.

Great Birthday Staycation

We stayed here for a friend's little birthday staycation. Great location and the front desk was very helpful when checking in and out. The condo itself was very clean and cute and a wonderful view. Will definitely be back!

Disappointed

The condo was in a great location as it was easy access to the beach. However, the condo was dirty from the floors which had not been mopped which resulted in our black feet every time we walked on it. The 2nd bathroom had hair stuck on the bottom of the door which caused difficulty opening/closing the door. There was not enough spoons for 4 people, the master bedroom light periodically came on/off throughout the day and night. Maintenance was called twice and they did not fix it. The 2nd bedroom light came on one night and did not go off until we got up and turned it off. This condo needs a deep clean as well as paying attention to detail such as lightbulbs being burned out and it needs to be stocked a bit better. There was one lightbulb out in the 2nd bedroom which they replaced, there was one out over the stove they replaced. The neighborhood is great, but I would never stay at this condo again.

Good location but unit needs updated. Sofa is so uncomfortable…very outdated.

Unit had a lot that needed attention.. Everything needs updated. It was very clean though. Beds were very comfortable. I would not stay here again.

Long weekend trip

The location is in a great spot and overall it was fine. One note about the bed in the master, there had been a complaint about the noise which the owner said was fixed when they replaced the mattress. Simply not true. It was the loudest bed I have ever slept in. It's not the mattress, it's the frame and every time you move, it is really loud. The bathrooms are very small, the kitchen had the very basics and the furniture really needs to be updated vs. the coverings they have on them. But if you are looking for a livable space on the beach - there is a great view, the chair service is great and we used the credit for bikes which was awesome.

Nice and roomy condo. Room was clean for the most part. Floors need a good cleaning. You can see the ocean from the 2nd floor but not the beach.

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time visiting 30A. The condo was as portrayed on website. We stayed on second floor, we would have liked to be able to see beach from balcony but that didn’t stop us from having a great time. Very nice complex and wonderful management to work with.

Excellent location in Seagrove Beach!

This property is in an excellent location in Seagrove. It is truly just a short ride to Seaside. It is super close to a Publix grocery store and within walking distance to many places to eat. The condo looks very similar to the pictures on the listing. The balcony was even larger than we expected. We had an issue with the washing machine at the end of the week but it was addressed immediately by maintenance. The only negatives were the linens on the bed were not that soft and the kitchen needs a new toaster. We thoroughly enjoyed our week and would definitely stay at this location again!

Great location overlooking the gulf & the beautiful white sands. Condo’s kitchen was well stocked. They could use more plastic glasses to have around the pool. Guests should always take beach towels & be prepared to buy more toilet paper, paper towels & Kleenex. I would suggest the owner add some games, cards & books.

Nice location with easy check in process. Beds were very comfortable as was living area furniture. Condo was reasonably well furnished although kitchen was lacking. Knives limited and poor quality; pizza pans covered in rust. Floors dirty in corners and crevices. This building is older and showing its age a bit.

Relaxing

This place is directly on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted! Easy check in and staff on sight was very friendly. We LOVE Seagrove Beach and have been coming for years... this condo is in a very convenient location in the middle of all our favorite places to go. We road bikes to Seaside and to Greyton Beach. Woke up early every morning to drink coffee on the beach and watch the dolphins! Christopher was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here at Beachcrest #204.
