Cute, SMALL,. Good for 2 people. 2 couples at the most. We had 3 adults. 2 rows of umbrella set ups before Memorial Day! Too crowded. Have to fight for front row. One person in office is especially unfriendly, (on site ). Crabby!! A few minor things missing. Pot holders, only one hair dryer. VERY Small bathrooms!!! We made the most of it! Oh, can’t cross over property lines anywhere on 30 A supposedly. That is frustrating ! Anyway, will look for less crowded property.

Seaside retreat

Enjoyed the condo and pool. I only had two problems. No bath mat or shower mat to prevent slipping. No grab bars either. My other problem was the bed - too high! I'm 5’8” and had trouble climbing in - bought a step stool.

Beautiful and spacious.

Beautiful place. Bathrooms are kinda small but it worked well for us. I used one and the hubs used the other. Clean and spacious. We had a great time and hated to leave!

Wonderful location and property

Property was clean overall. Close to the beach...which was great! Umbrella/chairs is a huge plus. Pool was small but seemed nice. Didn't use. Condo...very cute with a nice atmosphere...not a crowded or over decorated feel. Kitchen spacious, but could use a few more items for cooking, storing etc. Otherwise...highly recommend.

Almost perfect

My family and I have stayed at Beachcrest many times over the years and love the convenience of the location, the amazing views, the private beach, and the heated pool! We love Seagrove, and all the other 30A communities are close. 604 is beautifully decorated and the mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. We discovered the secondary bath had a very slow-draining tub, and this was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the kitchen/living area floors had been vacuumed but evidently not mopped, so no bare feet during our stay! We asked for someone to mop, but never heard back. The only negative about the condo itself is that there are no drapes or blinds in the beach-facing master bedroom, so no way to control the sun or have a sense of privacy from the balcony. We didn't mind, but might not work for someone else. Perhaps this is in the process of being addressed since there are window coverings on the other window in the living area. Regardless, we had a lovely visit and wouldn't hesitate to stay again as long as there are no cleaning issues and the blinds in the bedroom are installed.

Perfect Seagrove Beach Escape

This apartment was perfect for a beachfront escape! The chair service was amazing and we were so comfortable in the condo overlooking the water! I highly recommend this condo and would love to come back again!

Great, but.

While the condo met our expectations and had an excellent gulf view, we were very disappointed that a “beach condo” did not have their own beach chairs! Pretty cheap move for the price they charge. Can’t afford four $25 chairs!

Fall break

Great location. Rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere. Close to many different places. Seaside, The Hub, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, etc. Pool was a bit small and missed a hot tub for the cooler evenings, but Beach was good. We unfortunately hit during a mild red tide for the last days of our stay, but nothing anyone could do about that. Kitchen could use some updated skillets, and we found washer to be a bit in need of a cleaning. A small vacuum would have been great to pick up extra sand brought in from the beach. Overall, great stay!

Great location and nice condo

We stayed here for five nights with friends. Really enjoyed our stay. We LOVE that a set of chairs and umbrella are included with the stay. Kitchen was adequately stocked. If you want any sort of extra blankets or throw blankets those are lacking so bring some! Overall we would stay here again.

Bare Bones but Nice

We've stayed previously at the Beach Crest so knew what to expect, but this was our first time renting this particular unit. The location is central to everything, love that it's right on the beach and has a pool. The ocean was closed due to rip currents on certain days, so it was very helpful to have a pool to cool off in. I also love how the rental comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs that are set-up daily at 9am. No lugging equipment to the beach. The condo itself was nice. I loved the decor, it had upgraded appliances, and a spectacular view, but it was very bare bones. I prefer renting places that are actually owned by owners so it feels more homey and there are things like spices, foil, trash bags, etc. in the cabinets and other items that are useful to have, like books, games, puzzles, beach toys. Maybe it was emptied due to COVID? The company does provide starter items of the essentials. My biggest complaint is there isn't a single carpet/mat in the place, so it was hard not to track sand into the unit. It would have been nice to at least have a door mat. I swept as much as I could, but it was gross walking around barefoot and having your feet turn black. The condo itself had a few minor issues too like falling apart toilet paper holders, the silverware draw just falls out, not on track anymore, and the sliding screen door kept coming off track. The tub was clogged upon arrival, but maintenance came quickly to resolve that. Unfortunately, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They did have a stand-alone fan in the master bedroom, but it got hot in the other bedroom. We were unable to take advantage of the rental credit that came with the unit through rentgearhere.com. Nothing was available when we inquired about booking during out stay and you couldn't use it for half the stuff since there is already a different vendor on the property. Tropical Storm Fred thwarted our plans and we arrived later in the week, so we didn't book anything prior to our arrival since we didn't know if we were even still coming. I would recommend reserving bikes a month in advance. We rented bikes from the place across the street, which was super convenient, but expensive. Overall it was a lovely stay, but I would book a different unit next time.
