The facility is perfectly located in a good location to access nearby shopping, plenty of restaurants, and of course the main attraction, the beach.

Loved the condo! Comfortable bed! Loved the balcony and lounger and that it came with beach chair setup for free! As some other reviews have noted it was extremely bare bones though as far as amenities so this is something to be aware of and plan accordingly.(No salt and pepper, coffee filters, no beach towels, no beach toys/ boogie boards etc.)Looking forward to coming back! The management company was awesome at communication.

The location and view are perfect. Everyone was so kind and helpful! Our Umbrella attendant- Jimmy- was so nice! Great short get away!

Perfect getaway location

The location was perfect. We could walk or take the golf cart wherever we wanted to go. Beautiful gulf view we enjoyed every night. Condo was comfortable and clean.

The beach was beautiful. Loved having chairs and umbrellas however if you didn’t get down to reserve a chair by 7:30am you are out of luck! The condo was ok. A little old and beat up but the view was the best. Beach too crowded but my bad for booking during fall break.

Property was conveniently located next to beach. Check in was ok, but I was driving when I kept getting texts if we were arriving by 4PM. In the past, there was no early check in, but this time, there appeared to be (?). The master bathroom sink was clogged up from our check in. The laundry closet was off its track and we had to guide it with our finger. The master shower door was off its track as well but none of this was discovered until after check in. Kitchen was great, but dining room table was wobbly. The furniture was not very comfortable in living room area. Despite all of the above, we had a great time and loved the location. Just some maintenance and improvements needed for future guests

Great location to the beach, restaurants, etc. The incentive to rent bikes, for free, was awesome and appreciated. The unit had good beds and had bathroom upgrades but main TV was small, kitchen supplies were minimal and the vacuum was not good. Benchmark was good to work with and assisted when requested.

Lovely view with great location

Just what we needed. Right on 30A with easy biking to Grayton Beach State Park (our favorite) and other fun spots. Excellent view and sounds of the Gulf from the patio. Don't bother renting bikes from "Vacayzen" with the credits though. They were crap. Old bikes, tires not inflated and one back tire was wobbly!

Great stay!

This property was SO clean and well laid out! Plenty of storage, nice kitchen appliances and incredible ocean front vistas. The washer is a bit wonky and noisy(!), but cleaned our clothes just fine. My husband and I traveled with our two oldest grandchildren and we all had plenty of room. If you plan to cook (we did!), bring your own knives as theirs are cheaply made and not sharp at all. Itherwise, it was all spectacular!

Wonderful Location, Perfect Fit

We rented this condo at BeachCrest for my wife and I and our 22-year old daughter. It was a great combination of location and fit and cost. For 3 of us, the size was just right with the 2 good sized bedrooms and plenty of open seating from kitchen to dining room to living room to the patio outdoors. The bathrooms were a little small but everything worked and it was very clean. The location being right on the beach was fantastic, and as well it was very central on 30A so Seaside was an easy bike ride or medium-esque walk away to the west, and Alys and Rosemary not that far by car to the east. The condo building having a nice pool to cool off in was great as well. We love 30A and this unit was just perfect for our situation this time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at BeachCrest for years. Great location, perfect space for 2 people. This was our first stay in unit 406. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Also we got a note form the property management company saying we could check in 30 minutes early for a $65 fee which was tacky considering we rent here often and they no longer provide credits for bicycles.

Nice place but could be SO MUCH BETTER with just a little effort!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a nice condo in a great location. If the management put like less that $100 into bettering the experience for the customer it would be perfection! Giving 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods (that dont even work), NO SALT OR PEPPER OR COOKING OIL OR ANY CONDIMENTS!, cooking pans were rusty and warped so bad that you couldn't cook on them, Knives were so dull that you could barely use them. All these things are small details but make such a difference! Also, a HUGE cockroach went strolling across our floor during the stay! YUCK!

staff great but unit not

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: furniture in family room very uncomfortable and very dated. tv small and not smart tv but staff brought roku to help. no keurig but they brought one. bathroom dated,felt dirty, shower door not easy. feels like owner not vested in making a better experience. ocean view was great. wouldn't stay in this unit again

Attention to details

No face cloths included in clean towels. Had to wait to day after arrival to get face cloths. The floor of the shower stall appears to to be dirty. Sofa springs make horrible noise when we stood up after sitting . Upholstery items need updating. Info sheet containg WiFi password was incorrect. Got correct sign in the next day. Was not given the code to open the gate going to beach and pool area, got code from passing guest. Front door had to be positioned correctly to get dead bolt to go in. Attention to details is important.
