  • Tämä päivitetty 3. kerroksen huoneistohotelli on täydellinen valinta, jos etsit loistavaa paikkaa viettääksesi perhettäsi ja ystäviäsi ja upeita näkymiä lahdelle. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on king-makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone, pesula, keittiö ruostumattomalla laitteella ja graniittiset, oleskelutila ja oma parveke. 2. kerroksen parvella on kylpyhuone, king-vuode lähellä yhden hengen kerrossänkyä ja yksi erillinen vuode.

    Eastern Shores -huoneistoista, jotka sijaitsevat suoraan kauniilla Meksikonlahdella, on ylittämättömät näkymät sokerin valkoiseen hiekkaan ja taivaansinisiin vesiin. Raputtaminen ja kalastus tekevät lomasta perheen hauskaa lähellä olevaa Itä-järveä. Kävele valkoista hiekkarantaa pitkin tai nauti uinnista lahden lämpimässä, kristallivedessä.

    * Lauantaista lauantaihin vuokrataan maaliskuusta lokakuuhun.

This unit (ES211) is by far the nicest of the four units we have rented. Well equipped and maintained. Can't beat the view either.We would most definitely rent this unit again.We do wish the unit had regular cable TV versus a Roku-equipped device - we are old, don't have streaming subscriptions and do like linear programming.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been renting from Garrett Realty (now Benchmark) since the 90s when we first starting coming down to 30A. I’ve continued to use them as I prefer the security of professional realty company over something like air bnb when I spending a significant amount of money that impacts other peoples travel plans. I booked a place on 30A to visit the first time in the winter (we normally always come in the summer) and there was a slight hiccup in the booking once we got there with unexpected construction. It was such a relief to be able to get in contact with the company after hours who were able to quickly come up with a work around that still allowed us direct beach access. That is the kind of customer service that reinforces why we have used them so many years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in desperate need of attention. The carpeting on the stairs (which probably aren’t up to code) and upstairs bedroom is filthy and should immediately be removed and replaced with a more appropriate noncarpeted flooring. There are ceiling issues wherever a vent is located. It’s black around them. Drywall issue in family room on beachfront side. The furniture is old and dirty with dirty pillows, the dining table was extremely wobbly (which we tightened screws just for safety) and missing bolts. Because of all the problems mentioned we were extremely uncomfortable during our stay. Cannot recommend this property to anyone. The cleanliness is not a housekeeping issue it’s the total condition of the property.

The ceiling fan had dust over an inch thick, the lamps on the nightstands were covered in dust and the extra blankets were wadded up in the floor of the closet that doesn’t even open correctly. The sleeper sofa had used linens and blankets on it and was stored away. The upstairs bunk beds didn’t have linens. Overall, the place was not clean or well-prepared for our stay. The place could be awesome, but was a huge letdown.

There is a little lagoon on the beach that was great for the kids to play in - kind of like a giant pool. Would stay here again.
