The first to the left as you walk up the stairs has a beautiful bunk room that features two custom double bunks with 2 full/double beds and 2 twin beds and a renovated en-suite with a stand-up shower. The master bedroom holds 1 King Bed and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower that has been fully renovated with a spacious walk-in shower and beautiful finishes.

~ NO events or parties are allowed at this property! If we find that guests hold a party without the host's permission, additional cleaning fees will be assessed.
~ If, in the unfortunate event, an event or party is held without the host's permission and disrupts neighbors, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the property.
~ There is to be NO smoking inside OR on the exterior property of this home. Any sign of smoking anywhere on this property will result in additional cleaning fees and will be taken out of your deposit.
~ Please do not re-arrange the furniture. This could result in damages to the property and additional charges.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.
