  • Tämä kaunis rannalla sijaitseva koti, joka sijaitsee aidatulla Vizcaya-yhteisössä, on upeat näkymät. Las Brisas on Välimeren tyyliin sisustettu koti Dune Allen Beachissä, joka tunnetaan tungosta täynnä rantoja ja kuohuviiniä.     Tässä tahrattomassa, tilavassa kolmikerroksisessa kodissa on 4 makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. 3 makuuhuonetta ovat pohjakerroksessa, keittiö, ruokailutila ja puoli kylpy pääkerroksessa ja upea Master-sviitti holvikatolla ja upeat näkymät ylimmässä kerroksessa tekevät yksityisyydestä etusijan.

    Dune Allen on vain 10 minuutin päässä Seasidesta ja 20 minuutin päässä Destinistä ja Panama Citystä. Molemmissa on sekä outlet-ostospaikkoja että huvipuistoja ja monia muita aktiviteetteja. Dune Allen tarjoaa monia viihdevaihtoehtoja sekä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja hienoja ruokia.

    Hyödyntämällä sitten alueen tarjoamia mahdollisuuksia tai potkaisemalla takaisin ja nauttien hiekasta ja auringosta, lomaasi muistetaan.

Awesome Beach Stay!

This home was everything described and more. It was spacious, clean and our group of 8 had a great time! Plenty of room for all with the bathrooms in each bedroom. Access to beach was easy and very close to shopping and dining. We would love to stay here again!

Amazing!

My family and I had an amazing week stay at Las Brisas. The property was as advertised and well appointed with the essentials we needed. The location was perfect, with only a short walk to the neighborhood/private beach access (2 houses down!) and an equally short walk to the community pool. Would definitely stay again!

Small Secluded neighborhood. Steps from beach

Neighborhood was small and cozy. Private beach access just a few houses down- super easy to get to!! FYI very steep steps to beach. Pool was also great- just across the street. The house was the perfect size and all was as pictured. Outdoor patio overlooking beach was wonderful. Only wish bottom floor bedrooms had some type of view out window or patio - but blocked by bushes- which may be protected beach vegetation?

Santa Rosa Beach at it's Finest

We spent a week at this property with our adult children and their spouses. Vizcaya is a great community with a private beach and a short walk to the beach. Las Brisas was perfect for our family and we definitely plan to go back to it again!

Coastal Grannies!

This is our second time to stay at this property. It is a beautiful place, in a beautiful setting! We love the private beach and the ability to take long bike rides. We would love to come back next year!

Great 30-A private house / beach

We truly love this 3 story house with easy access to the pool and beach. We stayed 8/10- 8/16 and crowds were nonexistent both at the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The location is ideal for shopping and eating out. We loved having coffee on the 2nd floor open balcony each morning. Also the master bedroom on the 3rd floor has a nice balcony nook my wife and i enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this location to others wanting a more private get away.

nice location

My family stayed for a week in total. Very good communication ,fantastic location. House is comfortable but a bit tired in certain areas.. outdoor shower needs attention and main disappointment was pool. It is growing black algae on bottom in pitted gunnite. Not something I expected from upscale gated community.Not sure why but there were biting flies at around 3-4 daily outside on beach and while waiting to be seated for dinner.??

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful with plenty of room for a large family. Beautiful beach views. There were a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed that the property manager is aware of. For the older generation, you enter in one the bottom floor. There are 15 steps to get to the living area and 17 to get to the master bedroom. The beach does not allow tents and also has several steps to get down to the beach. Overall, we had a great time.

Great Vacation

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this beach vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the stunning views of the ocean and the peaceful ambiance of the surroundings. The home itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a true retreat. We loved how well-equipped the kitchen was, allowing us to prepare meals easily, and the living spaces were cozy and perfect for family bonding. The bedrooms were comfortable, providing restful nights after long days of beach activities. The proximity to the beach was unbeatable—we enjoyed daily walks on the sand, swimming, and watching the breathtaking sunsets. The outdoor spaces were another highlight, with plenty of seating areas to relax and soak in the sun. We especially appreciated the provided beach gear, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, yet close enough to local shops and restaurants that we could easily explore the area. This home was the perfect base for our family vacation, offering a balance of relaxation and adventure. We’re already talking about when we can return. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a serene beach getaway!

Second Year to stay

We love Las Brias location especially the porch. Looking at the beach all week is heaven that’s the one thing that takes us back. However The house needs updating. The kitchen is lacking several essential supplies. Silverware, baking dishes. Mixing bowls. Etc. just a new inventory of basics. Also the dishwasher had a smell even after washing didn’t go away. These are several pieces of tile loose in the bathrooms. The beds are all comfy and the living room furniture is also. We will return because of the location of the house and having the beach private in front of the neighborhood However I hope the owners can maybe take care of these issues. McDaniel Family of 8

Pleasant beach experience

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. We have been to 30A multiple times but never to Dune Allen Beach. It was less busy than some of the other beaches in the area- less traffic, less people riding bikes, and less crowded on the beach. The property was easy to access from 98 and was walking distance to Shunk Gulley or Stinkey’s. The views from the different balconies were great from the place. The carport was a nice addition and the property pool was excellent. The layout worked well for our family. This was the most stocked beach house we have stayed in - hand soap, dishwasher soap, basic spices, toilet paper, beach towels, boogie boards, etc were all available for use. Easy access to the beach and we used the chair rental company to set up each day which was also great. The beach was amazing as a private beach too with not a lot of people especially considering we were there in the middle of June. We did run into some issues with the house. The ceiling leaked into one of the bedrooms when it rained - a humidifier was there to help get up the liquid but still an issue. One of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain properly - but the owner/management company sent someone right over to fix it. The air unit went out on Friday afternoon and again we worked with the management to get it fixed. The electrical fuses went out the last night we were there for the garage and the downstairs bathrooms. We didn’t worry with this since it was our last night. Overall pleasant experience

Peaceful, Private and Beautiful

We very much enjoyed our family vacation at Las Brisas. It is located on a private beach and the neighborhood is gated. We had our coffee every morning sitting on the patio looking over the beautiful white sand beach. You walk down just a few houses to access the beach itself, which was very close. On days that the beach had double red flags (no swimming), our teens were able to swim in the pool which we essentially had all to ourselves! The neighborhood was not very busy (even with a mid-June trip) so we often found that we shared the pool with just 1 family. Some of our group would sit at the ocean while the teens played in the pool, and I was never worried about their safety since the small community is gated. The house itself is beautiful, clean, beds comfortable, entertainment systems great (wifi, lots of cable channels, HBO, etc as well as a Sonos speaker system throughout the house) and the A/C worked amazingly well! (3 different A/C units - one on each level). The property manager was very responsive and addressed our 1 issue immediately (to change the lightbulb in the outdoor shower). The only item I would suggest is that if you plan to cook for a group, bring some casserole dishes, a pancake griddle, etc. They have a nice kitchen, but lacked a few items which we picked up at Walmart which is just 10 min away. A great place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Great location; love the private beach and close walk from house to beach. Beach sand and water was BEAUTIFUL! House is beautiful but could use a good deep clean and a little TLC on the outside courtyard area and outside shower as well as TLC in the garden area. Some of the electrical outlets are crumbling and the stucco is crumbling near outside shower. Outside shower not super clean but was very helpful to have. Kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, Keurig coffee machine and regular coffee maker with filters. There were beach umbrellas and chairs available at house to bring to beach as well as boogie boards-didn’t realize this so we packed our own. We used SHIPT for groceries and that worked well. Door on balcony does get stuck at times. If you can’t climb stairs, this is not the best option since kitchen and den are located at second floor. Toilet in bathroom near bunk beds did get stopped very easily but plunger was available. Kids enjoyed having space to spread out with so many different balcony/patio options as well as space for a big games night. Also, not the best idea to order anything from amazon and have shipped during your stay because there’s not a key on site to check mailbox. Bike rental service called Good Pedals-highly recommend. They deliver and pick up bikes, good rates and very friendly. Would definitely stay again, but just feedback for improvement 😊

Aging home, beware of seaweed

This home is lovely at first glance - clean and well-decorated. However, it's age is beginning to show – locking/unlocking/opening all of the exterior doors is tough (and the front door wouldn't lock at all). All of the air vents are rusted & many of the shutters are broken. Just lots of little things that added up when you think about how much you're spending. The location is wonderful both in terms of restaurants & the beach. Beach is less crowded than the Rosemary to Seaside corridor, which was lovely. But beware - there is a huge patch of seaweed that spreads throughout the day & will make all the water green and invade your hair and swimsuit. A great neighborhood - just know before you go.

A Jewel in Vizcaya

We used to stay in Vizcaya 15-20 years ago with the family. So when we came down for a wedding on Santa Rosa Beach, we naturally thought of looking here. Many of the properties still need renovation to bring them back to past glory days, but several including this property has been updated. Great layout, and beautiful views from the large deck overlooking the Gulf. Bathrooms are well appointed, mattresses are comfortable and kitchen appliances are standard, but fine. There are three floors with the master bedroom on the third floor. Access to the elevator would have been appreciated as we are all adults over 50. We understand the potential liability, however, other properties we stay in on 30A allow elevator usage. To be fair, we did not ask Rebekah due to all of the signage prohibiting use. In the future, it would be a nice perk for the rental. Communication was prompt and Rebekah courteously answered all of our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
