ABOUT LEEWARD 2-9 "CRAZY LOVE":
Welcome to Leeward 2-9, a charming beach-front condominium located on the southern side of the picturesque 30A area. This lovely unit features a luxurious King master bedroom and two hall bunks accommodating up to 4 guests comfortably.

Ideally situated, guests can delight in mornings on the sandy shores and afternoons exploring the diverse array of boutiques and dining options that line the stunning 30A coastal stretch, conveniently accessible by bike or car. Leeward 2-9 is a perfect retreat for a couple or small family seeking a week of seaside relaxation or a romantic escape.

The spacious king master bedroom boasts a flat-screen TV and an en-suite full bathroom, offering utmost comfort and convenience. As you pass by the hallway bunks and enter the main living area, spectacular ocean vistas can be enjoyed from the well-appointed kitchen and living room. Guests can savor a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or unwind with an evening drink as the sun sets over the horizon.

Please note that parking is limited to one car with a permit for your convenience.

Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community located along Scenic Highway 30A in the Florida Panhandle. Situated between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, Seagrove Beach epitomizes the laid-back and picturesque beach lifestyle that the area is known for. Known for its stunning white sandy beaches, emerald green waters, and towering sand dunes, Seagrove Beach offers a serene and relaxed ambiance that attracts visitors looking for a peaceful getaway. Our stay was amazing! Our only complaint was the dryer had rust inside of it and we didn’t notice and it ruined a load of our laundry. When we messaged Paradise, they weren’t bothered at all.

Cute condo for couples

We stay in the Destin/30A area annually so have some experience with rental properties in the area. This condo was exactly as advertised – clean, comfortable, right on the beach and stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable (although as one reviewer noted the shade lets all the light in so prepare to wake up at 6 a.m. every day). What this condo had that others don't always is a true beachy feel. It's impeccably decorated, right down to the super cute crab coffee mugs. It's perfect for a couple and with the hallway bunkbeds, maybe two young kids. There is a stackable washer/dryer, which wasn't an amenity I was expecting based on the description, so I was pleasantly surprised. The location of the condo is about a half mile walk to a few restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop. Seaside is 2.5 miles away so if you want to go there without a car, you'd need to rent bikes. The location is definitely much lower key than the busy Seaside area. If you're looking for a nice, quiet beachside area, this is your condo!

Lovely Getaway

We loved our time at this property! Quiet, private beach access with opportunity to rent chairs in front of property. The condo also came with two beach chairs that we would take down to the beach. Had everything we needed for our stay! My one request (from a person who does not sleep well) would be black out curtain the bedroom to not wake up with the sun every day :) regardless- would highly recommend and would stay again!

Awesome beach access however internet stops working periodically. TV buffers for 30 seconds to 1 minute about every 5 minutes. Other devices affected too! Otherwise good place!

Crazy Love July 20th-28th

The property building seems to be kept up. The actual condo seemed to be kept up & updated. Only thing I did not like in the condo was the patio handle & patio furniture. You can hardly get a grip on the handle to get back inside & the furniture is awkward. Leaving very little space to place anything you dont want on the floor inside.

Great Beach Getaway with My Sister

We loved "Crazy Love" it was conveniently located AWAY from the crowds. Very quiet. Beach Access was available through this property and only a few steps to the beach- absolutely beautiful. The unit is only 600 square feet.. but feels open and airy. It was just two of us but this unit would accommodate a small family. Great Kitchen, great appliances all decor was beautiful. We didn't prepare meals while we were there, but the kitchen is fully stocked to be able to do so. Everything was so nice and comfortable. Mattresses and sofa are comfortable! Great view of the beach from the balcony... dinner on the balcony was great a couple of nights.. gorgeous sunsets. The ONLY thing I would like to share is that there is no elevator to this 3rd floor unit. My sister and I are 60 and we had no problem at all navigating our bags up to the unit and coming and going to the beach each day. However, if you have mobility concerns, this may be a drawback. Again, that is the only negative. I would love to return as this was a wonderful, low key getaway.... relaxing on the beach was great. We booked our beach chairs/umbrella before we arrived using the third party vendor for this property... all was as expected with this when we arrive on the beach. Can't say enough nice things about this one..... we will be back!

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Crazy Love - beautiful beachy decor, cozy furniture inside and out, welcome bag of goodies and nice beach towels are provided. Lots of small touches here that make for a relaxing vacation. There are even beach chairs to use, if needed. Best of all, the condo is right on the beach and has gorgeous views!!! Our only issue was paying a beachfront price but having to sit behind the beach service chairs because it’s nearly impossible to set up before they do. The one morning we did get there first, they set up in front of us anyway. One day, most of the rentals sat unused. Regardless, our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again.

Great getaway for couples!

Our vacation at Crazy Love was wonderful. The communication was great and everything was clean and just as described. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do and it was so nice to be right on the beach. Since Leeward Key is a smaller condo complex, the beach directly in front of it was never super crowded. Thanks!

Beautiful Unit

Beautiful unit as advertised. Clean and well appointed. High-end appliances, cookware and Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable beds and living room furniture made the space extra cozy for vacation. Be aware that if you do not rent beach chairs and umbrellas, you will not be able to sit directly by the surf. We typically prefer to bring our own chairs and umbrella. We found half the chairs remained unrented and several that were rented, were those of large families not even staying at Leeward II. Pretty disappointing to have to sit behind a row of chairs when you are paying waterfront prices on what is supposedly a private beach. We notified the rental company and they suggested we just get out earlier to claim a spot. Since the rental chairs go up before 6, you need to be an early vacation riser. Just be prepared to pay about $350-$400 for chairs/umbrella for the week if you want an unobstructed view of the water.

Perfection!

This gorgeous space was perfect for a few days of relaxation! Incredible view, easy beach access, super comfy bed and a kitchen with everything we needed. The space was spotless, beautiful and seemed to have been recently updated. Every day we drank coffee on the balcony, walked on the beach, and watched the gorgeous sunset! Hope to be back!

Wonderful!

This place was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect set up for my husband and I and our two boys. Clean, perfect location, and the property management was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We will absolutely be back! The only thing I wish is that there was a better vacuum. I’m sure it’s not typical for guests to vacuum everyday, but trying to keep sand out is nearly impossible. There was a small one available to use but I’m not sure how well it worked.

Loved the propery

I loved staying at the property, the view, price and access to the beach. The only problem I faced was I reached late in the night on Friday and called up the provided numbers due to some confusion. No one picked up the call, even tried the emergency but to no avail. Finally, I figured it out myself. The only sad thing was that no one called me up later to even inquire on what happened but got automated messages on my cell phone. Except this, rest of the experience was amazing including the easy of booking along with the checklist.

Got an unexpected week off & booked this jewel on the beach rather last minute. Beautifully appointed & very comfortable! Spectacular view of the Gulf. Quiet & restful.
