  • Villa Blanco 30A on täysin remontoitu ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät lahdelle perheille, jotka haluavat ylellinen ranta loma. Koti sijaitsee Meditterean tyyliin yksityinen aidatulla alueella pitkin Rannat South Walton n 30A Dune Allen Beach. Se on vain 150 askeleen kauniiseen valkoiseen uimarantaan kodin etuovelta ja jopa vähemmän askelia yhteisön altaalle, jossa on kaappeja, yksityisiä WC-alueita, suihkut ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Villa Blanco 30A on valaistu ja upea käämitys portaikko yhdistää kaikki kolme kerrosta kotiin. Tämä koti tarjoaa ylellinen päällikkö sviitissä 2. kerroksessa kotiin uusia kalusteita ja vuodevaatteet. Viereisessä Master Bath -huoneessa on ylellinen suihkukaappi ja amme, jossa on marmoriset viimeistelyt. Olohuoneessa on myös 60 tuuman taulutelevisio satunnaisen urheilutapahtuman tai suosikkielokuvan katselemiseen. Uusi gourmet-keittiö, jossa on 48 tuuman kaasu-uuni, on hyvin varustettu ruoanvalmistukseen ja aterioiden valmistamiseen. Kaikissa huoneissa on televisio- ja DVD-soittimet. Hyödynnä kodin läheisyyttä ostosmahdollisuuksiin ja ravintoloihin kävelyä tai pyöräillen Gulf Place -alueelle, joka on vain 5 korttelin päässä hotellista, ja siellä on useita ravintoloita, kuten La Playa ja Perfect Pig sekä putiikkeja kuten SoHo ja 30A-myymälä sekä kahvila ja muu vähittäiskauppa. Well stock home with great location

We enjoyed our stay. The property was well stocked and close to restaurants, and shops. The community pool was a nice addition to our stay.

This place is amazing

Perfect venue for a girls weekend! The house is beautifully decorated. The beach was gorgeous and the house is so close to the pool. We loved every minute and cannot wait to come back next year!

Wonderful Beach House!

Our recent stay at Villa Blanca was our favorite beach vacation of all times. The house was perfect for our family and communication with the manager couldn't have been easier. We would all recommend this home for future beach vacations!

Beyond pleased

Even before arrival, communication with the host was easy and accommodating. The unit is lovely and is even better in person than the pictures. Our family had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. The access to the beach and pool was so close. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weather, perfect beach and perfect villa. The locations is great, right next to the pool and the access to the beach is just a few steps. The Villa is just beautiful and has everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The location is within walking distance to Gulf Place. We would stay here again for sure!!!!

Beautiful house and beach. Private beach was wonderful. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Owners were great. We saw some reviews about rude residents but I met some and they were all very nice. We managed to park 3 large vehicles. One truck in the garage, one traverse on the side and an outback backed in parallel to the garage behind the traverse. On sunny days the AC seemed to struggle to keep the downstairs and upstairs cool while the master bedroom was like an icebox. We kept the blinds down and door closed in the upstairs bedroom and that helped. One bedroom downstairs had a ceiling fan. We had a lot of mostly cloudy days so it worked out. There were other reviews about the upstairs AC so no surprise there. That said, we would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Blanca 30A! The home is beautifully designed and decorated . Spotless and filled with light.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the private beach and even closer to the community pool with cabanas and plenty of seating. The gated community felt very safe and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.We especially loved the winding staircase and open layout, which gave the home such a unique charm. Everything we needed for a luxurious and stress-free vacation was provided.Mary is an amazing host—helpful, welcoming, and quick to respond, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend Villa Blanca 30A—we can’t wait to come back!

Heaven on earth

The 10 of us loved our stay and the beautiful accommodations! The stairs were easy to use which is a huge plus! The beach and pool are literally steps away. Even with the beach closed for swimming we had plenty to do to entertain ourselves. Thank you we will book again!

Wonderful trip with my family

We had such a wonderful time here! Our home for the week for my family of nine was beautiful, immaculate and located in such a perfect location. Having both the incredible beach and the pool just steps away made for such easy access multiple times a day for us. Our kitchen was very well stocked, the bedrooms were wonderful and the screened-in sunroom was perfect for just relaxing. It's an incredibly beautiful, beach themed home. My time here with my family - priceless! We hope to return.

Beautiful House

Our family of 9 stayed a week at the property and it was amazing! The house is beautiful, just as described, and the location was absolutely perfect! What a luxury to be able to walk the short distance to the beach and have 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you. The private beach for the neighborhood was a huge plus. We’ve never stayed so close to the beach and we definitely got spoiled. Mary was wonderful to work with. She called before our stay to make sure we knew all the ins and outs, and the one time I needed to message her during our stay she answered right away. Our family has already decided this is our vacation spot from now on. Thank you, Mary for everything and for such an incredible stay!

Overall this home was great. I love staying in a place that is more owner managed, because I find that it is more stocked and less bare bone necessities than a large rental company managed spot.Pros: neighborhood was great, beach and pool access was SO easy and the beach itself was not crowded at all. Home was fully stocked. I’m talking beach toys, chairs, boards etc as well as spices in kitchen. AC worked GREAT. We rented a beautiful beachfront home last year and the ac on the main floor went out two days before checkout. The property company did not help (I’m looking at you Southern Vacation rentals), and we were stuck in a 90 degree main floor for 2 days. NO issue like that hereCons: pictures are deceiving, there is NO beach view. Not even a sliver on the main balcony. There is a tiny ocean view from the bedroom in the 3rd floor. Also no breeze, and the door on balcony was tough to close correctly. Range in kitchen did not work great, and the vented hood didn’t function at all. Also there is only one singular hose to wash sand off and it was cracked in several places. I wish they had a station by the boardwalk to wash off as well. Lastly I personally didn’t love the shower heads in the primary, they seemed cheap and didn’t work well.Overall though we really enjoyed the property. It was my family of 4 and my sisters family of 5 plus our mom. All our kids are 3-9 and it worked out well.

I took my wife and 3 young adult children to Villa Blanca and we had the best time. On the way home we all talked about what a great vacation we just had. The Villa was beautiful and very clean. We did not cook much other than breakfast, but the kitchen had everything you could need and more. Everything you could need for the beach was in the garage. The beautiful pool is right across the drive way and there is a convenience store just across 30A. The beach was 50 yards away and they had chairs and an umbrella set up for us each day. The beach was beautifu! The restaurants were easy to get to and the people we interacted with were awesome. If you get to the restaurants before 6:00 you will likely not have much of a wait depending on how many people you have. We loved riding the bikes at the villa too. So much fun. Mary was great and honestly we really didn’t need to contact her because everything was perfect and we had no problems. We looking forward to coming back to villa blanca. TC

Beautiful & Relaxing!

To start, Mary was an awesome host! She was readily available for any questions we had & helped us out a lot as far as recommending restaurants and activites in the area. The property was absolutely beautiful & peaceful. The house had everything we needed from linens, kitchen supplies, beach chairs/umbrellas/noodles, etc. Plenty of everything! There were 6 of us and we were never lacking on anything. The pool was just a few steps from the house. We pretty much had it to ourselves most of the time! The beach access was also just steps away. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves as well. It was amazing. Peaceful, great views, and very convenient. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just minutes from the house. You could walk if you wanted to! The community was very friendly and quiet. We would love to go back and hope we get that opportunity one day! Thank you for an amazing experience, Mary!

Luxury living in Santa Rosa

Excellent host, property, location etc. We had perfect weather the entire time and the Villa was fantastic. The pool is maybe 30 steps away and the Ocean just a few more. The host had beach chairs, umbrellas, 5 bikes, floats and a paddle board. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 King the other 4 bunk beds both with private baths. The main floor was a king with private bath and shower, and the upper floor a King with private bath. The kitchen and family room are open to each other and a large screened in porch was off the back. Gourmet style kitchen with everything you need. The complex is very private with no crowds as well as the beach. It was a perfect week with the family and I would return in a heartbeat. The only negative I can think of is parking is very tight if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise it accommodates 3 mid size vehicles no problem. I just had a few extra turns having a large truck.

Perfect for our family

This was our 4th time to stay on 30A and it was the best experience yet, thanks in large part to Mary's beautiful home. Because the private beach was so quickly and easily accessible, we spent much more time there, which our grandchildren loved. Pool was also very close, large, and clean, with plenty of shady areas for parents and grandparents to sit and watch. The home was extremely well equipped in the kitchen and in terms of beach and pool toys. Once we figured out how the AC was zoned, we had no trouble keeping all rooms in the house comfortable day and night. The screened-in deck had plenty of comfortable seating and became a favorite gathering place. The western end of 30A is quiet and peaceful with much less traffic than around Seaside, and lots of interesting areas to explore on foot and bicycle. Mary was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, which contributed to our positive experience and peace of mind. In short, Villa Blanca was a beautiful, clean, comfortable, peaceful, well-equipped, perfectly-situated place for us to call home while we enjoyed a wonderful week of family time together.
