Uusittu Camp WaterColor Pools Now Open!

    * WaterColor Beach Club suljetaan remontin vuoksi. Alustavat päivämäärät päättyvät elokuun 2018 loppuun kesäkuun alussa 2019. *

    Lisää valokuvia perheesi albumiin vierailustasi Making Memoriesissa, unohtumaton koti, jossa on vaunukoti WaterColorin leirialueella. Vain muutaman korttelin päässä Camp, t��mä talo on mukava 16 hengelle.

    Lämmin, paneelinen katto on olohuone, jossa on suuri televisio. Yksityiskohtainen arkkitehtuuri jatkuu ruokasalissa ja keittiössä, jossa on puiset kattopalkit. On jääkaappipinta-ala, jossa jääpuikko. Yksi king-huone, aula ja pesula viimeistelevät ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Takaportista on turvatarkastus, jossa on ruokapöytä ja grilli.

    Portaiden yläosassa alkaa parvialue lisää television katselua varten. Kolme makuuhuonetta on tässä kerroksessa: kolminkertainen hengen kerrossänky, kuningas vieras ja kuningas päällikön kanssa kynsiä jalka kylpyamme. Tämä takana makuuhuone virtaa yksityiseen seulotaan kuisti.

    Päällystetty katto, mukana kuljetus talossa on runsaasti king-vuode, punkut vyöryä, minikeittiö, ruokapöytä ja suihku kylpyhuone.

    Juhli perheen aikaa Making Memories. Niin monia aktiviteetteja aivan ovesi ulkopuolella, älä unohda, tulit rannalle!

Even better than expected

Perfect house for us and our teen son with several of his friends. We all had plenty of space. The house was lovely and well-appointed with a stocked kitchen. We especially enjoyed the walking trails, proximity to the beach and relative calm of the neighborhood. We hope to be back and would highly recommend!

Annual Family Beach Vacation on 30A

Rental company was great to work with! Nice home, layout & location was perfect for our group of 10! Everything was in good working order, plenty of dishes & cookware for our large group, but short on wine glasses & needed 2 more chairs around dining table. House could use a deep cleaning! Use of 7 bikes was a plus, especially since there were no golf carts available for the week!

Pros-clean, good set up for our family, good location, nice kitchen appliances. The bedding and pillows were poor quality. The first floor bedroom was freezing and there wasn’t a blanket. You need a larger trash can in the kitchen.

There was a lot of construction while we were there and pools closed. When construction is completed it will be better. The house though is well planned and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked and very large dining table. Fireplaces are a plus. We enjoyed front porch swing and the bicycles.

August 2022 - Making Memories

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time overall at the Making Memories home. The house was a perfect size for our group and in a great location. The house was clean, however there were areas where it could have been cleaner, there was dust and spider webs on lamps and under beds. Also the bikes were not in the best shape, I did call and ask the bike company to replace a few bikes, but they did not get to us during our stay. However we used the ones that were there and had a great time riding to and from the beach.Overall I would rent the house again and recommend it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a good property but had some room for improvement. The location is good just down the street from Camp Watercolor, sports fields, and fishing pond. Easy walking and biking distance to the rest of Watercolor and Seaside. The five bikes provided worked well. The kitchen was amply supplied with dishes and pots and pans. Bring your own soaps, shampoo, paper towels and toilet tissue because they supply very little. The mattress in the carriage house needs to be replaced. On arrival we found the Wi-Fi was not working but we were able to determine the router was connected incorrectly and fixed it. The gas grill was disgustingly dirty and was incorrectly connected to the propane tank. When we got it going it actually briefly caught fire from all the grease we had to burn off before we could use it. And the trundle bedding had apparently had not been changed because it had crumbs in the bed and cockroaches visiting those crumbs so we did not use that bed. But aside from those few issues the house was in good condition, had adequate furniture and we enjoyed our stay.

Old and dated

Property is in a good location near Camp Watercolor, but it needs serious updating. Multiple things need replacing or updating: Upstairs toilet was broken, dryer took 3 hours to complete a load, pots and pans for cooking were limited, bed sheets were very limited (including none for the fold-out couch). For the price we paid per night, I expected a lot more. For virtually the same price, I would recommend 176 Red Cedar Way.

2022 Spring Break

Absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our 2022 Senior Spring Break. We had 10 graduating seniors and 4 adults who were looking for a low key, relaxing week to make some memories before heading to off to different colleges in the fall. This could not have been more perfect! House was large, comfortable, and more than we imagined. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. Watercolor Beach club was the favorite spot for everyone during the day. Thanks again,,,, we will be back!

Called the management company every day!

Great location and house perfect layout for my family. However, I called the management company every day! We had to address several issues upon arrival, which should have been previously taken care of… gas grill & 1 bike broke, front door wouldn’t lock and back deck slippery and water pooled between garage and deck. Lightbulbs needed to be replaced, only one dish towel and 3 wine glasses were provided. It was filthy upon arrival, dirty towels, floors, bathrooms so had to have it recleaned. I wish I could have contacted the owner directly, I will not rent this property again.

Plenty of room for all. We loved all the outside seating areas and were able to eat dinner by the fireplace outside, in Jan, it was wonderful. Having use of the garage was amazing and being able to keep the bikes there a bonus. We had a few issues with the home but Oversee where on it! They sent people out afterhours as we stayed over a holiday weekend! One call was all it took each time. Thank you

Perfect Family Getaway

The house was perfect for our 3 families that stayed in the house. There were a handful of issues during our stay but most were addressed after making them known. The house needs some attention but admittedly we arrived at the end of a busy summer for the house. The location in watercolor, seconds from Camp Watercolor, and a quick bike ride to nearly everything you need made this the perfect setting for all that we could ever want. We recommend the management company to provide some closer oversight of the house in order to address a handful of details that need attention. Otherwise, we loved the house, would recommend it to anyone, and would stay there again!

Summer trip!

There were 12 of us and there was plenty of space and the layout of the house was great! Great location as well. Positive experience, we have nothing but good things to say about the house and the amenities that come along with being at a watercolor property!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family loved our stay at Making Memories. + Home was clean and ample space + Beach bikes was added bonus + Proximity to Camp Watercolor was great + Easy check-in/checkout + Responsive mgt company - Needs a larger kitchen trash can - 1mi proximity to beach (providing a golf cart like other homes would be an appreciated perk)
