Coastal Pines is a newly constructed home in Blue Mountain Beach, FL. It features 4 Bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests. One of the best things about this home is the amazing views of Point Washington State Forest from everywhere inside the home.

The home has a modern beach vibe with a treehouse feel, and it`s perfect for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The property is over 3000 sqft. and has plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax.

On the first floor, there is a King Suite with custom-built twin bunks and an en suite bathroom with large walk in closet. The Main living space is on this floor and it includes a gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances, a spacious laundry room with ice maker, a beautiful dining area seats 8 plus 5 additional seats at the kitchen island. The living room also located on the first floor is encompassed by natural light and surrounded by views of the forest through the living room windows and sliding glass door in the dining area.

Make your way up to the 2nd floor and find a convenient lounge area with a wet bar, half bathroom, tv and mini fridge. Just off the lounge is the Primary Suite with a large bathroom and walk-in shower, as well as a private patio for soaking in the morning sun before joining the rest of the family downstairs. There are two Queen guest suites also located on this floor, each with their own bathroom, walk-in closets, and patio access.

Travel halfway up to the 3rd floor and rest for a minute in the reading nook located just at the foot of the lookout tower. Once on the 3rd floor, take in the views! The tower is a great place to lounge or sneak in a little work from the standing desk. At Sunset, take a moment to go out onto the 3rd floor patio with Southern-facing views of Blue Mountain and the neighborhood below. It’s a great place to get away

Blue Mountain Beach, with its hilltop dunes, presents spectacular views of the South Walton coastline. This special part of 30A is named after its native blue lupine flowers and is known for its unbelievable sandbars for fishing and surfing.
