Our stay started off with an almost hour late check-in, not by choice, but by the rental agents doing. The rental agent was very hard to get a hold of and always took about an hour to call back. Even with checking into the unit late, it was still not cleaned properly and ready. The sheets in one bedroom had not been washed (blood on them) and the sheets for another bedroom were still in the dryer. The unit had the hallway carpets thrown ontop of the beds of another room. The rental agent was not very concerned at all by any of this and just said I will get house keeping to come by. The air conditioner had frozen over and was not working for the first day and a half (leasing agent tried to act as if it was because we were opening the door and going in and out a lot). It was frozen when we checked in. The unit had fleas and the leasing agent wanted to spray while we were staying, but we had young children and the pesticide man said he would not feel comfortable doing that with his own children in the unit. The unit itself was a little more worn than I expected for the price. Only one tub out of the three bathrooms, so if you have two families with babies this is not so convenient. Complex was located steps from pool and beach which was great. We were just mainly disappointed in the professionalism of the rental agent and cleaning staff.
