We’ve been vacationing to this area for five years and this home and location has been our favorite so far. It was an easy walk/bike ride to the beach access. We did rent an LSV to help with transporting beach gear. We loved how close it was to Seaside and Publix. The house was in excellent condition and very clean. I would definitely book again in the future.

Perfect vacation house

We stayed for an entire week leading up to the Fourth of July. Three families (total of 12 people) stayed very comfortably. The house was in pristine condition and smelled brand new!!!! We cannot rave enough about how well laid out and apportioned the kitchen was. It had everything we needed to cook all meals at the house. The house also had a gas grill. The beach was just a short 5 minute bike ride from the house. We also enjoyed biking the trails right outside the house. Property management was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved our stay!

Beautiful home! New and clean! Spacious (tall ceilings!) beautifully decorated and well planned spaces. Kitchen was well equipped. Tons of space for our group of 12 with kids ages from 5-10 . The pool is great! It’s small(ish). 10x25 I believe but the kids loved it. The water was so cool and refreshing too! Excellent outdoor space. ALL the stars!

The beds and bedding were top notch! Common spaces were well thought out, comfortable with special touches like pillows and games. Everything was spotless. Access to beach was good. Wish we could have been closer, but we knew that. Pool and pool area were lovely. Dealing with Royal Destinations was seamless.

Great Family Stay with a couple of Minor Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had three families (and three kids) staying at the house and it was the perfect size for all of us! A quick bike ride to the beach and a straight shot which is nice. Also a very easy bike ride to seaside where you e grabbed coffee each morning. The pool and foosball table provided endless entertainment and the kitchen had all that we need to cook in. We had a couple of issues with the dishwasher but the maintenance staff was very fast and helpful. The only downsides to this house were minor, they provide you with bar hand soap, but there are no soap dishes throughout the house so they just have to sit on the counter. Also there are no hand towel holders in any of the bathrooms which I thought was strange. Not all bathrooms had provided hairdryers either and the only full length mirror is in the master bedroom downstairs. The street is not very well-lit at night which is only an issue if you’re riding bikes to go crab hunting, we did this and just held flashlights on our handlebars to be able to be able to see in the darker areas but be sure to bring if you plan on going any night biking. One of the highlights of the trip is that we saw two black bears in the backyard while we were at the pool. It was so neat! They were very scared of us and ran away the moment we saw them. The neighbors said they see them quite often and they are very scared of humans and don’t bother you. How cool!!!! Oh and lastly, there are some trailers on the street as well, so not all beach house-type houses like this one, but that doesn’t really matter much to us. Overall very nice stay with some very easy improvements as far as towel holders and soap dishes. Thank you for a great vacation!

Pool Alarm is annoying and video cameras are watching

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Take caution because the family is watching and listen to you while on the property. I felt violated after seeing video and hearing conversation of my family, both adults and children walking around on the front porch in their bathing suits. The family is watching and listening. I understand it should be security but no reason to monitor us going and leaving. Pool Alarm is the worse! And the pool alarm is annoying! The location is not desirable because traffic at the end of the road is difficult to exit due the so many families visiting in Seaside. I recommend staying in areas the is more than one way in and out. The house is located on dead end street. The home is only equipped with minimal amount of needs so bring as much as you can for a pleasant trip. The pool area is nice however, as indicated in the rental agreement, the pool alarm is required. The part they do not tell you is how annoying it is because it goes off every time the door is open or left open. Avoid a house with pool for this reason. Also, Royal Designation, was slow to complete repairs request. Upon arrival, the internet service was down. Royal Designation staff can out on Sunday to get it going but indicated someone would return on Monday complete repairs with new power cord or modem; however, it was not until Friday, one day before departure. Yes, an entire week of Internet service going down daily! Furthermore, It took Royal Designation more than two days do deliver propane for gas grill. Then one of the tanks had a note that read, “Can’t open Valve” on the porch. Totally unusable.
