Step outside to the private heated (or cooled) pool, paver patio with lounge seating, and gas BBQ grill - all that backs up to a beautiful nature preserve + pond! What a place to spend an evening with loved ones!

Beautiful coastal décor in this open concept home with a fully stocked and fresh gathering kitchen featuring quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range with vent hood, convection oven, built in microwave, large sink, custom backsplash, large island with eat-in kitchen, separate pantry and more! There is also a dining room with large table that leads to the side patio, and beautiful living room with plenty of seating for the whole group!

The spacious and cozy living room with large 60" HD flat screen TV is a great space for relaxing or watching the “big” game. Enjoy this hub around the gourmet kitchen with large island and extra seating for family meals, hanging out, entertaining or playing board games! Also enjoy charming porches to relax and sip your favorite beverage or a side patio to enjoy your morning cup of joe or an after-dinner drink.

From the striking custom lighting and 10' ceilings with crown molding to the sparkling upgraded hardwood floors flowing throughout the main level, every detail has been encompassed. There is a first-floor half bath for guests. Other amenities on the upper level include a luxurious spa bath with dual vanities and large glass shower off the expansive master. The master has a king size bed, walk in closet, and private balcony. Two more bedrooms, beautiful guest bath with soaking tub (and shower combo), and laundry area with new washer/dryer complete the second level. Those bedrooms have a queen bed, and then a bunk room with full over full and twin over twin bunks.

HD flat screen Smart TVs for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime accounts are in every bedroom, and there are board games for you to enjoy!

The driveway accommodates private parking for 3 vehicles and the LSV. An umbrella, 4+ beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use if you wish!

The neighborhood has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps from the pool area, and can easily bike to the beach, and several eateries!

Guest access

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)! The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) is less than 0.7 miles from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

Enjoy access to the spectacular community resort-style pool area featuring a waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, gazebo with outdoor TVs, huge outdoor grilling area, shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and a 4-story aerial lookout tower with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico just steps away!

Complete with breezy palms and beckoning lounge chairs, this relaxing oasis offers everything you need for an afternoon of fun in the sun! The fun doesn't stop here; after dinner, gather around the fire pit, roast some marshmallows, and watch the sunset.

Highland Parks is one of the newest neighborhoods in Blue Mountain Beach. The area is the highest point in South Walton county and is surrounded by great restaurants, local shops, and art galleries.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Pool can be cooled from May 1st- September 30th for $50/night for the duration of your stay upon request.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.-
