Tämä hiljattain remontoitu kolmen makuuhuoneen, 2 1/2-kylpy Townhouse nukkuu 10 mukavasti ja on alle 50 metrin päässä ovesta rannalle! Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on suuret komerot ja taulutelevisio. Pesula sijaitsee myös toisessa kerroksessa.

Kolmannen kerroksen makuuhuoneessa / parvella on kolme uutta mukautettua sisäänrakennettua erillistä erityisen pitkää vuodetta, joissa erillinen parisänky ja sisäänrakennettu kaappi. Jokaisessa sängyssä on oma lukuvalo ja pistorasia, jossa on kaksi USB-porttia kaikkien laitteiden lataamiseen. Parvella on taulutelevisio ja DVD-soitin.

Great location - beautiful condo

We loved our stay - the property was beautiful and close to the beach. Very clean and the beds were comfortable - the porch was lovely. Only concern was the wifi - if you need to work while you’re there I would suggest a mobile hot spot - otherwise a fantastic place!

Fall Get A Way

Enjoyed 5 perfect days …the property was exactly as described. Highly recommend the unit. Would stay there again. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach chairs toys etc. kitchen had all the amenities. Only suggestion would be that unit should provide coffee filters. View was amazing. Unit was updated and spacious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental has great views, quick and easy access to the beach and the process could not have been simpler. The kitchen is nicely updated with everything you could need and there is a big open area on the main floor. There are a lot of stairs in this unit (stairs up to the main living area and then 2 more floors above that for the bedrooms) so be aware if you have mobility challenges. The outdoor spaces were a highlight - great views and sounds of ocean.

Great Property with best views and beach access

Plenty of room for 6 adults to comfortably stay and had hoped to have 8 but 2 were unable to join us. Clean, well maintained and perfect for us. We did have a slight problem with Master Bath having an unpleasant odor after showers but solved the dilemma by running fan and closing bathroom door. Kitchen is well stocked with a double oven, nice sized fridge and plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths. Bring your own beach towels and take them up on beach chair rentals, the company they suggest is also wonderful. The management was prompt and responsive when we let them know about the odor. And you cannot beat the views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 5B was great for us! We had the best access to the beach and 2 balconies with seating and gorgeous views of the gulf. Nice large kitchen with plenty of plates and utensils to have meals at the condo. The property was clean and there were 6 of us staying there. Our sons are tall, 6'2" and 6'4" but both slept in the xl twin room and had enough space to sleep comfortably. Our bed was very comfortable also, and we had plenty of towels. The amenities exceeded my expectations because there were beach chairs that we hadn't expected! We would recommend this condo.

Won’t stay with Benchmark again

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Clean, perfect location, and beautiful. Unfortunately while we were out for breakfast, two people showed up to do maintenance at the condo and we were not informed ahead of time nor did Benchmark know who those people were when we contacted them. So we came home to strangers in our place and Benchmark didn’t know. They did give us one nights credit but we were there a day and a half and he spent part of that time watching our stuff while the strangers did maintenance. We appreciated Benchmark responding but due to safety concerns, we won’t stay with them again

July visit

The location was great. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. The A/C was not sufficient in the second bedroom and the loft. Fans and a portable A/C provided cooling and air flow to make those rooms comfortable. Adults, watch your heads in the loft. Suggestion - move the bike rack so that 5B guests can back their car out of the parking space. Overall, it was great. The credit for beach gear was nice. The company said that we had only $20 for each day of a 7 day stay, tho our rental agreement said we had $245. Somehow I was charged about $13 for running over my credit, tho I did not. We searched for a full day for the things we had arranged to be delivered bc we were not told where they would be and then were given the wrong info. Despite the confusion on amount and drop spot, the credit was a nice bonus.

WE Love Seagrove

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dune Villa 5A. Absolutely a Magnificent view and location. We had a few issues that really did not affect our wonderful Month stay. The Plugs did not work in either upastairs Bath, I don't use a Hair Dryer , my wife does. We called on 02/02, a man came out and said he did not know how to fix " Breaker 13 " Benchmark said an Eletrician would be forthcoming. This never happened...... We also mentioned on 02/02 that Ants were on the Kitchen Counter, the Exterminator was prompt. 2 weeks later the Ants were back. The Front Left Burner on the Stove did not work and the Front Right did not heat evenly. The Floor in the 1/2 bath definitely needed to be cleaned, i took care of this. DV 5A is Magnificent at our ages the steps were a bit much this trip. We reserved Beachside #1 for 2024.Many Thanks, Scott and Michele DeCleene

The artwork is falling of the wall.The ceiling in the living area has mildew or mold around the air vents.The appliances in the kitchen all have rust stains on the outside of them.Stuff is jammed packed in the lower cabinets comes across as unorganized and junkyDishwasher doesn't work with pods we washed things twice I ended up hand washing most of the time.Air conditioner works but not the best still had to use floor fans to keep the air moving and cool. Air conditioner leaked to the bottom unit.We never called Benchmark about concerns we didn't want to deal with maintenance issues on our vacation. Housekeeping should be informing about these kinds of issues. 5b needs a deep cleaning needs paint touch ups throughout new bathrooms and tlc it's starting to show its wear and tear.

Very disappointed!

The condo was very nice as was the beach, but the construction going on was very awful. We were told we would hear back about our concerns and never have. I was very disappointed in this rental company. We go on vacation every year and would never use them again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dune Villa 5A. Absolutely a Magnificent view and location. We had a few issues that really did not affect our wonderful Month stay. The Plugs did not work in either upastairs Bath, I don't use a Hair Dryer , my wife does. We called on 02/02, a man came out and said he did not know how to fix " Breaker 13 " Benchmark said an Eletrician would be forthcoming. This never happened...... We also mentioned on 02/02 that Ants were on the Kitchen Counter, the Exterminator was prompt. 2 weeks later the Ants were back. The Front Left Burner on the Stove did not work and the Front Right did not heat evenly. The Floor in the 1/2 bath definitely needed to be cleaned, i took care of this. DV 5A is Magnificent at our ages the steps were a bit much this trip. We reserved Beachside #1 for 2024.Many Thanks, Scott and Michele DeCleene

We Loved Sand in My Shoes!!

Immaculate condo! Easiest check-in we have ever had. Everything was in working order. Interior decor, furnishings, color was inviting and relaxing! Tastefully decorated. Everyone enjoyed the beach and the view! The area was great and very family friendly! Hands down the best place we have ever vacationed! Worth every penny!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhome had the best location on the beach! Private access right next to this unit. Beautiful beach and not as busy as some of the other neighboring beaches. It was great to rent bikes and ride around town on your bikes because traffic is busy during spring break. We did have some minor setbacks. The dishwasher was already broken when we got there. But nobody told us. After trying to wash dishes in the dishwasher four times I called maintenance and they said that they knew it was broken and were waiting for a part to arrive. They did come the next day and fix it. But just a heads up would've been great so I didn't think I was doing something wrong and waste my time messing around with the dishwasher. We were at the beach when they did send the maintenance guy in to fix the dishwasher. No one told us he was there and my daughter walked in to the villa by herself with a strange guy in there. It really freaked her out. I think a text would've been great to say hey we're sending someone over and if you're not home they will let themselves in. We had no idea and for my 15-year-old to walk and by herself and have a strange person in there was upsetting. The loft on the third floor we never actually used because the ceilings are lower. If you're an adult you would have a hard time using that loft. And of course there's no door since it is a loft. Master bathroom did have a little bit of a smell to it. Not sure what was going on there. We did not call maintenance since we were already dealing with maintenance with the dishwasher. Did not want to waste my vacation pointing out every single problem. We also had major problems using the keypad to open the villa door. It didn't always work. All five of us had problems with it. We were putting in the right code and hitting the checkmark. It was quite a pain. I was suggest giving someone a back up key too.

Definitely recommend. Best unit of all this condo complex as it is beach-view and also the closest to the beach entrance. Very clean and everything we needed.

Absolutely perfect! Would absolutely stay here again!

We were very pleased with our stay! The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids under 10 and the upstairs space was perfect for them but close enough to the master bedroom as well. There was an abundance of sand toys, a few beach chairs, an umbrella, one bicycle and a fishing pole, which was a nice surprise! We loved our view from the balcony and had perfect weather. Kitchen was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved having the end unit so we had very quick access to the beach and pool. The pool isn’t very large, but there was never anyone else in it when we used it so it worked out great! We received a credit from our booking to rent something from Vacayzen. Our experience with them was not great. They forgot half of our stuff and then took the whole day to bring it to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time! We have been to Seagrove Beach three times now and would love to come back to this house someday! Thank you for offering such a wonderful place!

Never a disappointment. This condo was extremely clean, compatible to kids, expecting mom and the more mature but young grandma. Fully stocked beautiful kitchen with a breathtaking view of the gulf. Will definitely stay here again.

Great renovated unit in older townhouse condo 5B

This unit was beautiful, new bedding, terrific on the beach with 2 balconies. Perfect walkway down steps to the sand. Large king master and bath. 2 queens in 2nd bedroom with bathroom. 3rd floor bunk room has 3 very comfortable twin beds - no bathroom up there.

The owners made very tasteful decoration choices and also made a lot of smart decisions on making this condo very functional. Great Spring Break

Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The layout worked well for our family and our three kids loved staying in the built-in beds in the loft. I could imagine that in the summer heat that loft gets quite toasty but it was not too much of an issue in March. Super easy access to the beach and the house had beach chairs, two bikes, and beach toys already there. Also had DVDs, games and lots of beachy novels stocked. Having the entry area where we could leave sandy items was also really nice. My only complaint was I would have loved a laundry basket and a broom/dust pan for sweeping up sand that snuck upstairs. Great house!
