  • Sandy Feet Retreat is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo for up to 8 guests on the third floor of the M2 building in Redfish Village, a walkable community on Scenic Highway 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Redfish Village has deeded beach access about 0.2 miles away, a complimentary seasonal beach shuttle, and a community pool, hot tub and grilling area.

    The living area has a large sectional, a TV and French doors to the covered private balcony, which has an outdoor dining table. The kitchen has granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker and a breakfast bar with seating, and the dining table sits between the kitchen and the living area.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A twin-over-twin bunk bed in the hallway bunk nook and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room sleep four more, and a half bathroom adds convenience.

    - Directly across 30A from the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved walking and biking path between Dune Allen Beach and Rosemary Beach
    - Close to Grayton Beach State Park

    TRANSPORTATION
    Redfish Village offers a complimentary seasonal electric shuttle to and from the beach access. One assigned garage parking space is included, and additional vehicles may use community parking with the parking pass provided in the unit. Golf carts are allowed with some restrictions and can't be parked at the deeded beach access.

Last Minute Luck

We had a great stay for a last minute family vacay. The condo has a great setup, and we love the proximity to Blue Mtn Creamery, and using the beach shuttle.

We had an excellent experience during our stay at Redfish Village Sandy Feet retreat! The condo was spotless when we arrived and was stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and hassle-free, and it was clear that the property was very well cared for. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the high level of cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to book through Coastal Dreamin again. Highly recommend!

Perfect condo for a dream vacation

Our stay was perfect. The condo was perfect for our family of seven. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen for easy cooking, shaded playground, and huge pool. We loved the private beach entrance and shuttle that took us to and from the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Another Great Stay at the Sandy Feet Retreat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this RedFish Village condo- easy walk to restaurants (we especially love Blue Mtn Bakery and CowGirl Kitchen!). The condo we clean and well-stocked, and very comfortable. The kids love the LSV shuttle to the beach -even though it's at most a 5 minute walk. It was nice to find a wagon, beach chairs, and an umbrella we could use, and the gated entrance to the beach has bathrooms and showers.

Perfect!

Could not have asked for a more perfect vacation rental. The rental company went overboard to make sure we had everything we would need for our trip. Highly recommend "Sandy Feed Retreat" for your next trip!

Great stay

Great stay once again at Redfish Village. We have stayed here several times and really love the entire property. It is conveniently located and has private beach access. The pool is nice and family friendly. There’s also the added perk of delicious establishments nearby like Red Fish Taco and Blue Mtn Beach Creamery. This unit was well appointed and worked great for our family just like the others we have stayed at.

Overall it was a great stay at an excellently appointed condo. Only issue was the bed sheets were not a high quality and very itchy.

Great location. Will be back

This is a very nice complex, great pool, lots of yard games for kids to play in courtyard (cornhole, etc). Condo was very clean. Ice cream parlor right across street and restaurant with live music onsite. Shuttle to beach which was also walkable if not loaded down with beach gear. Will be back.

Business travel

Great unit. There were a couple of hiccups with not having the unit’s code and an accurate parking garage code. A quick call to the company worked. I’d definitely stay here again for the cleanliness, convenience, and location!
