Seagrove Highlands is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach on 30A. With its easy access to the beach and close proximity to the shops and restaurants of Seagrove and Seaside, Seagrove Highlands has quickly become one of 30A’s favorite spots!

Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.



Parking:

• Parking for 2 Vehicles

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls



House Rules:

• No smoking

• No Pets- No Exceptions

• No parties or events

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.

• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement

• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.



Check-In/Check-Out:

Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM



CANCELATION POLICY:

Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
