Spacious beach house located in Old Florida Village on 30A, a quiet gated community just a short walk to beautiful South Walton Santa Rosa Beach. Located between Gulf Place, Blue Mountain and Grayton Beach, guests have easy access to dining, entertainment and shopping. Old Florida Village has two community pools and community green space. This property is fully furnished with everything needed to make your beach trip perfect!
On the quiet west side 30A and just down the road is Seaside, Seacrest, Watercolor, Rosemary and Alys Beach. Walking and bike sidewalk the entire length of 30A


The recently renovated home features an open floor plan with kitchen, living, dining and one queen bedroom and bath on the first floor and two beautiful en suites and laundry with full size washer/dryer on second floor.

EVERY room has its own PRIVATE BALCONY, perfect for quiet time after playing on the beach and in the pool. NO CARPET throughout with newly installed wood flooring.

Best beach stay ever!

We chose this beautiful home hoping for a nice fall break and it exceeded our expectations! The home is clean, decorated beautifully and very well stocked. Annie, a great host and made everything seamless. Especially loved that every bedroom had its own bath and also it’s own porch, an unexpected bonus that we used for morning coffee while some slept in. We had a Couple in 60’s a couple in 30s and 2 kiddo’s under 10 and everyone was happy! The beach was wonderful and sunny but just cool enough to really enjoy each day. Santa Rosa is full of good eats and shopping. We are going to book again the minute we get home. Thank you Annie and Bon Temp House!

Great week at the beach

Property was wonderful and so was communication with our host. House was VERY well stocked with everything you might need (above and beyond, in fact) for a beach trip. Accommodations were clean and cozy. Great place to cook, sleep, and wind down after a great day at the beach. 5 stars all around for sure.

Best Girls Trip Ever!

Annie is an amazing host and the house’s location is perfect for walking down to the beach or into town to get ice cream or dinner or drinks! The house was clean and many handy amenities. I would recommend this property and would love to visit again!

Great stay at Bontemps

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly comfortable and stocked with every possible amenity. Annie had so many thoughtful touches that we loved. We were there on a holiday weekend but the neighborhood was quiet and didn’t feel crowded. The house is even better than the pictures!

Great location in Santa Rosa beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach, shopping and most importantly coffee. Situated toward the end of the road made for less traffic and noise. House was clean and very comfortable. Annie was very accommodating and got back to us quickly. Would highly recommend this home.

Cozy and comfortable

Our party of four enjoyed this cozy home close to the beach. Nice, quiet area. House is close to the pool. Bicycles provided were a plus to go to beach and shopping. Loved the layout of this house with plenty of space and porches for everyone. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals - loved the coffee maker. Owner thought of everything! Highly recommend this property.

This house was just as pictured and we could not have been happier with it! The house was very clean and nice! It was also very close to the beach and walking distance to food and shopping. The host made the check in/check out process very easy. Will definitely be staying here again!

Thoughtfully designed home that was perfect for family beach trip!

We had an amazing stay at Annie’s house for a family trip. House / kitchen are fully stocked with essentials - it made cooking and grilling very easy for the group & making frozen drinks. House was clean and thoughtfully decorated with lots of seating. Quick walk to the beach and was very helpful to have the beach cart to bring chairs and towels. Neighborhood is gated and felt quiet and safe. Publix, Walmart, and restaurants nearby. We loved the Daily Catch and AJ’s. Highly recommend staying at this home!

Great property

My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. It was fantastic; exactly as advertised. The location, in Old Florida Village, is less than 2 blocks from 30-A and a few more blocks to beach access to the east. Walking west you are within 5 blocks, maybe less, to restaurants, Gulf Place, and another beach access. Location is unbeatable! The owner was very responsive. She ensured we had what we needed to check-in comfortably late at night. She followed up with us after check-out to make sure we had a good stay! This kindness goes such a long way. The house was spotless; very well decorated with all the comforts of home. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies to make the stay comfortable and cook everything we could need. There is one bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. This was more than enough room for two adults and twin babies. I will stay at this property again!
