This stunning home in the heart of Seagrove Beach quite possibly has one of the best outdoor spaces of any 30A home!

With a massive pool with fountains, a fire pit feature, a sun shelf with umbrella, a built-in outdoor dining nook with table, sun loungers, outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV area with seating, built-in grill with adjacent green egg, outdoor shower, and a STAND ALONE KIDS PLAYHOUSE...I mean it cannot be beat!! Every family's dream home! The second floor balcony also has a ping pong table for everyone to enjoy!

With 4 thoughtfully designed floors, this home is the definition of luxury! As you walk in you'll be blown away by the wood detail, open concept floor plan, gas fireplace, view of the outdoor space and pool, and massive raised kitchen island with farm sink, huge gas range, barstool seating for 4 and custom backsplash!

Built-ins galore! The den located right off the entry has a marble-top desk, a TV and queen size sleeper sofa - making this a great flex space for kids and adults alike to relax or sleep! The spacious living room has a built-in wet bar, gas fireplace covered in sea shells, and doors that open to the pool outside. Around the corner you'll find the dining room with stunning wood detailing, and built-in buffet for serving meals. There is also a mud room with lockers and half bathroom that leads to the pool. The main floor also has a king master bedroom, doors with pool access, massive marble-covered bathroom with glass shower and separate soaking tub, and walk-in closet with its own washer/dryer!

Ascending to the second floor you'll find 4 more guest rooms as outlined below, and an additional living space also with built-in bar! As you access the balcony, you'll love the view of the pool and the ping pong table!

The fourth floor has an air-conditioned seating area and balcony with Gulf views!

There is a pack n' play and air mattress kept at the home for guests' use.

Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more also available upon request.

Guest access

Please note that the carriage house is not included in this rental.

Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it -will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
